I couldn’t see the black & maroon dress in the crown store last night, maybe they’re changing it with something else? It wasn’t an especially good looking dress.

Would be great to get a guide on how Mounts/Characters level now mounts fall in with the new collectables aspect.

I saw on your reaction video, you had the Midnight Steed mount, but it’s not listed on the crown store. How did you get it it? Looks cool!

  12. Paul on February 3, 2015 at 9:51 am

now this i don’t mind crown coins to buy costumes me personally I don’t mind this. if I see someone wearing this it wont make a difference to me because it is just for ‘looks’. however this mount thing I think is a some what of a good idea because at the start you can afford a horse right of the start unless you have the imperial edition of the game so this new idea of buying a mount straight off the game ‘if you have the crown coins of course’ you can simply buy a mount at level 1 so I suppose its a good idea in that perspective, however we will see what else they add to this crown coin store, that would be interesting. what do you think of this???

  13. Mike McLarty on February 3, 2015 at 11:18 am

Great guide, thank you for taking the time to do this. Pretty sure on this, but can you confirm that the head slot cannot be hidden on costumes?

    • Deltia on February 3, 2015 at 2:29 pm

      It can yes sir.

  14. ethuiliel on February 3, 2015 at 12:22 pm

This is great news indeed. If the store stays that way I have 0 problem with it. Thank you for sharing the information with us!

  15. Tanaka-Khan on February 3, 2015 at 12:41 pm

Great stuff as always Deltia. Great to see what’s available.

  16. michalis on February 3, 2015 at 2:01 pm

Come on.. Covenant scout costume should have the hood of crafty lerisa’s thief outfit. Thats the best stealthy look in the game.

  17. Oreyn Bearclaw on February 3, 2015 at 11:19 pm

The one thing I would love out of the crown store would be bank and backpack upgrades. Per eso, “The Crown Store is an in-game shop that allows you to buy convenience and customization items for your characters, as well as services and content.”

IMO, it provides no benefit other than convenience, so it seems inline with staying away from Pay to Win. I would probably sell a kidney for 200 bank slots, but at the same time, I am not going to drop a million gold to get there. Thoughts? I suppose you could argue that since bank space is a gold sink, that it would free people up to buy OP gear, that they otherwise would not, and therefore it contributes to pay to win. But the flip side is that I have never been killed by a character and blamed it on his available bank space. It might also upset players that have already maxed them out I guess. Either way, ZOS please let me pay you cash for more space! 🙂

    • Deltia on February 3, 2015 at 11:53 pm

I love the bank space idea and think it’s a solid thing we could buy. I personally don’t see how that’s buy to win though some might argue about it.

      • Oreyn Bearclaw on February 4, 2015 at 4:56 pm

You should have your people call their people. 🙂

Also, I need costumes ASAP. I just switched over to a Hawk’s Eye/Hundings build after watching your video. The damage is great, but it might be the ugliest armor I have ever seen. The shoulders are hideous. Haha

        • James Dirby on February 6, 2015 at 4:18 am

Hawk’s Eye has nice stats, but I absolutely hate the look, especially the tennis tights and the ridiculous church window chest piece. I hate it so much.

          • Oreyn Bearclaw on February 9, 2015 at 4:44 pm

Hawk’s Eye is basically Primal, which I can deal with, but the Helm and Shoulders are different. I didn’t want to use a big piece (Helm, Chest, legs) as hawk’s eye so I can use infused on those pieces. It forced me to use the shoulder pieces which look like dead parakeet skulls. It is simply the ugliest armor I have seen in the game. Just give us a hawks eye pendent (or even boots) already.

  18. Lavum on February 4, 2015 at 12:50 am

    Hello,
First off thank you for the well done video. I was curious what other items you would like to see in the Crown store? After talking with some of my fellow gamers that I run with we were all very concerned with the “P2W” possibility. After that conversation it was things we would like to see one day. ie Auto-loot pets, more costumes etc.

    Regards,
    Lavum

    Add CLOAKs!!!!!! PLEASE!!

  22. trent castleberry on February 4, 2015 at 2:54 am

I WILL PAY $100 FOR A CLOAK FOR MY character! Please make it happen!

  23. Joseph Nobles on February 4, 2015 at 9:32 am

We may not know the conversion rate for crown to cash yet, but we have a really good way to guess. The Digital Imperial Upgrade is selling for around $20. It’s 2100 crowns. So if you go with the basic rule of thumb of 100 crowns = $1, we won’t be far wrong.

  24. Henrik on February 4, 2015 at 6:11 pm

    Not a single usefull item….
1.6 is nothing but crap, sorry to say but it is

  25. Danx2000 on February 4, 2015 at 11:12 pm

This is a sign that the game will be going free to play any day now due to this new form of premium currency. It is fine that it’s going free to play but i expect the payed players to get a lot of crowns for there subscriptions and payments.

  26. James Dirby on February 6, 2015 at 4:03 am

There is no link on the stamina potion image, I would like to see a larger version, but you haven’t linked it. Thanks

    • Deltia on February 6, 2015 at 2:54 pm

Strange, I changed it and it should work now. Sorry about that.

  27. James Dirby on February 6, 2015 at 4:15 am

I don’t like the costumes very much, what I was hoping for is missing: Akaviri Costume; Assassin/Thief Costumes (that actually looks like Assassin and Thief costumes) – put a little more thought into that and maybe look at what other Elder Scrolls games used for some ideas; Shrouded armor (Skyrim style or similar); Also regarding mounts, are there any stats on the mounts, or does this just add a cosmetic touch to your original mount?

  28. James Dirby on February 6, 2015 at 4:27 am

OK, I am just gonna put this out there. Dear ESO, woman do not have penises, so why do you keep adding cockflaps to women’s armor and costumes. There I said it, my biggest annoyance in the game is that, and the flip-flop boots with holes for your toes – this is a war people, not a day at the beach.

  29. James Dirby on February 6, 2015 at 6:48 pm

    Thanks

  30. Eli Alberto on February 18, 2015 at 3:57 pm

Just like ESO, I’ve played Tera Online since it came to US as beta, and I’ve seen that game go up and down, as well as their cash shop, and I gotta say that ESO’s and Tera’s cash shops are the best I’ve experienced in an MMO.
I came back to ESO after update 5, and I’m enoying a lot the content they added, looking forward for update 6 now….
Thanks, Deltia. Really appreciate the work you do! =D

  31. Peter on June 9, 2015 at 9:30 pm

So I have the ps4 version they gave us 500 crowns to start. Imperial edition is 2100 if I buy the 1500 bundle I’m still short 100 crowns and end up having to buy another pack. Is there anyway around this can I just upgrade with money or earn 100 crowns in game?

    • Deltia on June 22, 2015 at 7:15 pm

You meaning buying a small amount of crowns? No, not that I know of.

  32. Nathan on June 21, 2015 at 4:52 am

Is the armored knight bundle actual armor or just a costume

    • Deltia on June 22, 2015 at 7:26 pm

Costume but you can craft some of it.
