ESO Magplar PvP Build

Welcome to Bee Mode an ESO Magplar PvP Build for The Elder Scrolls Online Patch 2.5.  This build was created by my friend Bee or Karstyll PC NA.  I’ve been playing this non stop and it’s truly special.  I didn’t come up with this, she did so all the credit goes to her.  I’m going to post her build and list my changes throughout the guide.  Either way, this is incredibly powerful and uses mostly crafted gear and we wanted to share it with those Magplars looking for somewhere to start in PvP.

Bee’s Hype Video

Hello everyone! My name is Bee or @Karstyll in-game! Deltia has asked me to share my Templar PvP build with you all! If you’re looking for something that can not only output a lot of damage, but can also provide enough tankiness and sustain to keep yourself alive and your allies, I might have something for you!  The idea for this build was to not only provide support for whoever I’m playing with, but to also get away from sets like Reactive and Malubeth. I’ve gone through a lot of gear to get my stats where they’re at, and finally found a nice sweet spot! So let’s get into the build.

The nice thing about this build is the gear is simple and easy to obtain.  After you get most of it, the real work begins, and that’s getting better.  Timing your burst, surviving with line of sight, healing and killing many many folks.  Take a look at Bee’s video one time, the hype is real.

+ Solo and small group

+ Damage and healing

+ Mobile

– Fully melee

– Siege hurts!

Skills

Bee Mode skill setup

Dual Wield (offensive bar)

  1. Toppling Charge (morph of Focused Charge | Aedric Spear skill line) – Our primary means to close the gap and initiate combat.  Remember that you need to be at least 3.5 meters away from the target so it’s not going to work if you’re both fighting in close proximity.  Keep the pressure on targets by spam casting this if they streak/dodge roll away.  Also try to stun your priority target when they are “cc-able,” meaning no circle around their feet.
  2. Degeneration (morph of Entropy | Mages Guild skill line) – I take this morph because I need a lot of healing and I weave light attacks in between my Puncturing Sweeps.  Plus I don’t see the point of having tons of health on one bar, and significantly less on the other.  You’ll want to keep this active for your major sorcery buff and recast prior to doing a Dawnbreaker (DB) for 20% more damage.  Just remember, don’t light weave in between using this and your DB, otherwise you’ll miss out on the extra damage.
  3. Repentance (morph of Restoring Aura | Restoring Light skill line) – If we are killing targets, we can block forever with this skill and it passively gives us regeneration. Consider this your flex spot if you’re running with another Templar using it.
    1. Proximity Detention (morph of Magicka Detention | Alliance War Assault skill line) – If I’m going against clustered up groups and I have another Templar, I slot this for extra magicka regeneration and try to time the explosion with my empowered DB.
  4. Puncturing Sweeps (morph of Puncturing Strikes | Aedric Spear skill line) – AoE and single target DPS that heals us making it extremely strong.  You’ll need to play around with until you learn 1) it’s 8 meter range (just past the yellow spear) and 2) if you can out-heal someones damage.  Both are critical because the more targets you hit, the more possible healing you can receive, essentially out healing large groups while doing damage.  After a DB, Sweeps then finish the target with the next ability.
  5. Radiant Glory (morph of Radiant Destruction | Dawn’s Wrath skill line) – Beam, Jesus Beam or what I like to call it Lazar Beam (RD) is extremely powerful and will likely get a nerf some day.  I take this morph because you’re vulnerable while spam casting this on a target and the healing returned negates some of this.  Don’t be the guy who just spams this on targets at 100%, time it when they dip love say 40% and finish them off.
    1. TIP – How do you counter getting beamed?  1) Bash them if in range 2) Cleanse yourself with Ritual 3) Stun them with Charge or Spear | People panic when beam is on them but it can easily be countered by good players thus you need to know how to counter it for survival sake.
  • [Ultimate] Dawnbreaker of Smiting (morph of Dawnbreaker | Fighters Guild skill line) – A fantastic ultimate even though it scales off of physical damage.  When empowered, I can hit players up to 12,000 on the initial hit.  The reason it’s so effective is the stun and DoT.  It allows us to drop one or more players health into that critical 40% range allowing us to quickly RD for an easy kill (combat frenzy 20 ultimate).  The more killing blows, the more ultimate, the more DB the more stam from corpses thus you’re a walking regeneration machine.
    • Crescent Sweep (morph of Radial Sweep) – This can actually hit harder because it magicka damage and can proc burning light, however it doesn’t have a stun and the pulse magicka damage is unreliable.  The reason I don’t like this is elevation really screws up it’s hit chance and I often miss targets DB would have otherwise nuked.  But if you’re in a group, and another is running DB, try this out for more burst damage.

Sword and Shield (defensive bar)

  1. Restoring Focus (morph of Rune Focus | Restoring Light skill line) – I take this morph because I run around Cyrodiil with “Deltia” above my head and people try to kill me, a lot of people.  I need to be extra “tanky” and this morph really helps because 8% damage reduction and 8% more healing received.  Plus the base ability gives us our major resistances anyways making it a must cast ability prior to charging into combat.  Even then, the effect will last eight seconds because you need to either recast or move back into the run.  Usually it’s buff, run, charge, bomb, return to rune or recast.
  2. Extended Ritual (morph of Cleansing Ritual | Restoring Light skill line) – I recently changed morphs to this since it purges or removes 5 negative effects.  When I’m being attacked by five or more people, I often have 10 or more negative effects.  While blocking, the damage doesn’t kill me, the DoTs and debuffs do.  Now that I’ve switched I die far less though I sacrifice AoE damage.  This is another ability you want to cast constantly to remove negative effects like poisons, healing debuffs or siege DoT damage.
  3. Elusive Mist (morph of Mist Form | World Vampire skill line) – The entire reason I use Vampire, escape-ability with Mist.  You can’t be CC’d, rooted, or snare and it removes the effects.  The downside is you cannot regenerate magicka while in the four second Mist.  I’ll show you in detail how to use this to survive in our Magplar videos.
  4. Blazing Spear (morph of Spear Shards | Aedric Spear skill line) – A good spammable AoE DPS ability and also a stun.  I place on my back bar so I can cast and swap prior to it landing to get the damage bonus.  We also get the benefit of extra critical damage and healing on our back bar as well.  Even in a duel, try to keep the spear on the target and refresh every six seconds not only for the stun, but the DoT that can proc Burning Light.
  5. Honor the Dead (morph of Rushed Ceremony | Restoring Light skill line) – A very very strange morph to take at first, but great for solo play or very small groups.  Remember when I said you can’t regenerate magicka while in Mist? Doesn’t apply to this effect, so when you’re in trouble, HtD heal, mist and recover some of that magicka you just spent.  If you’re playing with more than four people often, I’d switch morphs but this and Radiant Glory are fundamental for solo play.
  • [Ultimate] Devouring Swarm (morph of Bat Swarm | World Vampire skill line) – When I’m getting zerged down (meaning 10 people are chasing me in the middle of no where), I’ll cast this, hit an immovability potion, bar swap and Sweeps.  You’d be surprise how many people will sit in this effect and get destroyed from the combo.  Some fights you just can’t get out of or some zergs of people won’t leave you alone, but you can make a last stand and get AP from them 🙂

Combos and Counters will be shown in video series.

Gear

Bee Mode Gear Picture

Bee Mode Gear Pics

At first glance this is a very odd gear setup but it’s effectiveness cannot be denied.  You get the benefit of Seducer reduced cost on your Sword and Board bar so you have high cost helpful skills there.  And you get all the offensive power from Kags on Dual Wield when you charge in (Big Ernie’s suggestion).  It works very very well.

  • Seducers – Three trait craftable gear which is very easy to obtain.  Keep in mind, you get more magicka recovery on your Sword and Shield bar so even while walking around, make sure you’re on that bar.
  • Kagernac’s Hope – Eight trait craftable set that is a little more complex to get.  The crafter must have completed the Fighters Guild story line in order to access the crafting area but a lot of players have eight traits by now.  If you wanted more burst, you could go with Clever Alchemist but you’d have much less sustain.
  • Willpower – Found via keys in Imperial City or buying them guild traders/players it’s pretty easy to get.  If you cannot afford Arcane jewelry, just get robust as placeholders because the 2/3 pieces are insanely powerful for PvP.
  • Molag Kena – Final boss of White Gold Tower drops the helm or you can get the shoulder from Undaunted keys or you can sometimes buy the helm from PvP vendor for gold or AP. Either way, it’s not very hard to obtain, but anything that gives a one piece bonus could be used here if you don’t have Kena.

Champion Points

Since my CP is far different than Bee’s I’m going to give you both to play with.  My relies more on burst with DB while her offensive tree benefits heavy from Sweeps.

Deltia's 531 CP Setup

Deltia’s 531 CP Setup

Bee's 501 CP Setup

Bee’s 501 CP Setup

Race, Mundus and Vampire

  • RACE –  I’ve played this build on a High Elf, Dunmer and Imperial and I can tell you High Elf is by far the best.  Can you play this on anything else? Sure, but the best performance is High Elf.
  • ATTRIBUTES – all into magicka.
  • FOOD – Tri-stat for the extra stamina pool CP 150 purple.
  • MUNDUS – Atronach for recovery.
  • VAMPIRE – An absolute must for mobility, if you don’t have Mist, you won’t be able to escape solo.

Once again I’d like to thank Bee and Big Ernie for creating something so powerful, simple and effective that it’s a classic build for Magplar PvP in ESO Patch 2.5.  Give it a try and leave me a comment on how it worked for you!

Well written! I’m a noob in this game though, so I was wondering where do the rest of the skill points goes to beside those that you’ve mentioned above.

    • Deltia on August 10, 2016 at 8:24 pm

Light armor, all alliance war, some medium/heavy (not five piece bonus ones), all class lines, undaunted, race, alchemy, fighters guild, mages guild, and so one.

  2. Llamas on August 9, 2016 at 1:19 am

Thanks for the build! What about passive skill line?

    • Deltia on August 10, 2016 at 8:31 pm

      I just answered that.

  3. Shane on August 9, 2016 at 6:41 am

I’ve copied this build, on XBox so only 501 CP this week, and with reinforced instead of sturdy.
Even with prismatic as stated, and I DO NOT have undaunted so 2 heavy instead of a heavy & medium, I am over 6k short on health on DW bar, 1k on stamina.
So I get the stamina without undaunted but the health?
    Similar shortfall on s&b bar.

    • Deltia on August 10, 2016 at 8:35 pm

      I don’t understand what you’re asking.

      • Shane on August 10, 2016 at 10:56 pm

I have no undaunted, so have a second heavy instead of the medium, yet am over 6.5k short on health against your stats.
I accept the undaunted makes up some but I wouldn’t have thought that much?

        • Deltia on August 12, 2016 at 5:29 pm

          Champion Points.

    • Chris on August 12, 2016 at 4:36 pm

The screenshots were probably taken in PvP with food. I’m only missing around 2k health but I’ll get that when I get my undaunted ranked up.

    • Jshep on January 6, 2017 at 5:37 pm

I’m at 16k health with this build outside cyradil seems really low

  4. Jess Bonde on August 9, 2016 at 1:30 pm

Isn’t it to dangerous to be a vamp as high Elf without fire resistance jewelry? Or is the a way you don’t get fucked up by DKs?

    • Deltia on August 10, 2016 at 8:37 pm

Blocking, 50% mitigation, they hit me with 2k whips and I can cleanse their DoTs. Elemental Defender and Spell resist helps as a vamp not a jewelry enchant.

      • David on October 22, 2016 at 9:35 pm

If I wanted to use this for dueling what changes would you make?

        • Deltia on October 23, 2016 at 4:15 am

Probably need Black Rose on body for stam regen while blocking.

  5. Rory on August 11, 2016 at 8:59 pm

Hey deltia, epic build man. Something I really needed. But do u think it could be possible to change one of the sets to a julianos set? For more spell dmg as that concerns me a little. Or is 2661 more than enough? Thanks

    • Deltia on August 12, 2016 at 5:30 pm

Try it, Kags is way more balanced with less crit.

      • Rory on August 12, 2016 at 5:37 pm

Oops so sory my browser hasn’t updated for ages, I posted the comment again as I thought I did it wrong, pls ignore XD thanks and yeah I I might try yours first to see how it is 😉 thanks

  6. Trout on August 12, 2016 at 6:09 am

Why did you get rid of the gear spec’s? Can you repost that chart? xD

  7. Chris on August 12, 2016 at 4:21 pm

How is your Spell Critical 32%? I can only get my spell critical that high with the Thief Stone on this build. I have all of the same armor on and skills slotted. Champion points are matching exactly as well so I’m not sure where I’m missing the crit chance.

    • Dürandal on November 5, 2016 at 12:43 pm

      10% Base
      12% Spell Precision
      10% Prodigy

  8. Rory on August 12, 2016 at 5:34 pm

Ok this comment may come through twice as I’m not sure I did it right so sorry about that XD and great build btw really good. But I am just wondering if you could perhaps change the kagnetacs set to the julianos set? Or is 2661 plenty of spell dmg? Thanks 😀

  9. Odin Valhalla on August 12, 2016 at 5:49 pm

As a magi Templar I can say this is a great build. I dont have much to add other than Toppling charge still doesnt work in high traffic areas. (neither do most gap closers really). I understand not everyone has this issue but for those of us who do, when in doubt jesus beam. Deltia is right its cheesy but if your gap closer isnt working or lagging you out then what other choice do you have?

Again nice build, great application of honor the dead as well. I very underused morph that is actually extremely potent.

  10. Ozzy on August 12, 2016 at 6:33 pm

Why do you get extra regen for slotting proxy det? You get extra regen for slotting a support line skill not a assault one.

    • Deltia on August 14, 2016 at 2:41 pm

      Your right, I miss spoke.

  11. Rainy on August 14, 2016 at 6:45 am

Why are the shoulders and chest traits study?

    • Deltia on August 14, 2016 at 2:41 pm

      For block reduction.

  12. RippedShirtKirk on August 17, 2016 at 3:10 am

Deltia, can you ask Bee what the first single is in her vid?

  13. Joe sombody on August 19, 2016 at 8:41 pm

That is the powered trait I can’t find it

  14. Animal2097 on August 20, 2016 at 3:31 pm

Hey Delta I’m still relatively new to the game, what is the best way to get to level 50?

    • Deltia on August 25, 2016 at 6:23 pm

Grind mobs, I have tons of videos on it.

  15. George on August 21, 2016 at 7:53 am

Should we stay in vampirism 1 or 2-4?
Should I enchant my armor to resist fire damage or max magicka?
    Thanks,

    • Deltia on August 25, 2016 at 6:23 pm

      4, no need.

  16. Poppa Vape on August 21, 2016 at 3:45 pm

Based my re-roll off this build. I can already see my survivability and kill/death ratio are up. I am sure with some practice it will only get better. Thank you for another great PVP build. BTW love the [last updated] at the top of the page. With so many ESO updates it is difficult to tell sometimes if a build is still relevant.

    • Deltia on August 25, 2016 at 6:24 pm

      Thx for feedback.

  17. Jon on August 21, 2016 at 8:24 pm

Really enjoy that you’ve put this build out. I use a similar style, only I use heavy armor and resto on my back bar with sword and board. Like a tank healer. This is definitely something I’m gonna try!!

  18. Emma Logue on August 24, 2016 at 7:15 pm

in the ritual where did you put your 75 points? as i have mine in thaumaturge and wondered if putting them in precise strikes would benefit my temp more? im also a breton not a high elf..

  19. gallantblues on August 29, 2016 at 12:38 pm

Thanks for the build, Bee, and for posting it, Deltia. I’m starting a character right now to try it out on. I’m making it to mainly play with my boyfriend, quick question.

What are some builds that go well with this build to play PvP as a pair? He has a stamina DK right now, but is open to making another character. Or just a build that’s survivable solo and has crafted gear, especially for a stam DK.

    • Deltia on August 30, 2016 at 7:22 pm

Bee’s build is meant for duo play with another Templar, here video shows that.

  20. Christopher Black on August 31, 2016 at 1:45 pm

Delta love the build. I use a lot of your builds. I know when eso first came out that there was a few dk fire mage builds. Have you thought about building a updated dk fire mage?

    • Deltia on September 3, 2016 at 1:37 am

Yes but it’s hard playing every class. Burning Spellweave is coming out which will be fun to try on mag DK.

  21. beertech on September 3, 2016 at 9:19 am

why the kena mask? dont understand why its so important with a 2 piece set 😛

    • beertech on September 3, 2016 at 9:29 am

forget about it xD saw it now 😛 sry

    • Deltia on September 3, 2016 at 2:15 pm

I use one piece not two.

  22. Steve on September 3, 2016 at 1:46 pm

Would this build work For a stam based player and if I were to tune a few things differently?

    • Deltia on September 3, 2016 at 2:17 pm

The Harvester is the stam version of this.

  23. Steven on September 3, 2016 at 11:32 pm

Also leads me to my other question, how does this get major brutality? I know at least with a 2h rally gives it to us. Thanks again for the response to this one and the last one.

  24. Wolf on September 6, 2016 at 1:01 pm

    +1 for Birthday Massacre Deltia!

  25. Seth on September 11, 2016 at 4:11 pm

It appears that new was using Breath of life in some of the fights on her video. Was I miss seeing that or are her skills different than the ones posted here. Btw this Build is my favorite of all thank you for all your hard work getting this stuff out there.

    • Deltia on September 12, 2016 at 2:17 pm

I explain why I use different morphs in video.

  26. Jen on September 13, 2016 at 5:10 pm

Do you think impenetrable is a must for PVP? Do you think it would work to use divines or infused so the build can work in PVE as well?

    • Deltia on September 13, 2016 at 6:49 pm

Yes Impen is essentially, divines is best in slot for PvE.

  27. Jonathan on September 13, 2016 at 5:48 pm

What costume (polymorph) on Your templar

    • Deltia on September 13, 2016 at 6:47 pm

      Dreadguard from ICP.

  28. Maximillian on September 14, 2016 at 10:14 pm

Have you thought about swapping out Seducer or Kags for Black Rose with constitution passive giving back so much post Hist patch?

    • Deltia on September 20, 2016 at 8:48 pm

I don’t have problems with resources but that is a strong setup no doubt.

  29. Marissa Swift on September 23, 2016 at 9:00 pm

If vampire is just for mobility, couldn’t you use Retreating Maneuver instead?

“Mobilize your forces, granting Major Expedition and Major Gallop to you and your allies, increasing Movement Speed by 40% and Mounted Speed by 40%.
Also grants immunity to snares and immobilizations, removing any already applied.
The effect ends if you initiate an attack.
    New Effect:
Also removes all snares and immobilizations from affected allies.”

    • Deltia on September 24, 2016 at 6:04 pm

One cast takes half of your stamina then you can’t cc break.

  30. Konigs on September 24, 2016 at 1:10 am

Interesting build, gonna try a tweaked version on a new temp I just made. I use seducer/julianos/willpower on my vet templar and get 48% crit and almost 2800 spell damage. I like the looks of the added health on this build with the Kags, as under heavy pvp pressure I tend to be a little squish in the seducer/julianos/willpower I run. Thanks for the build Bee. Off to check this out 🙂

  31. Thewisedude78 on September 25, 2016 at 12:27 am

Deltia could you list all passives you use besides the obvious, if i don’t need mage guild i might aswell grind to 50 and fighter’s guild, it takes less than a day to do both combined.

however if you have passives in mage’s guild i will probably quest as you need to run through all the quest areas for lore books anyway, sadly zenimax thinks too highly of their voice acted quest system even though it has some of the worst group system i have seen in a mmorpg.

I could go 15 years back and still find a game that offers group quest tracking, i don’t blame why most people prefer grinding if they can.

    • Deltia on September 28, 2016 at 7:44 pm

I take mages guild because I use meteor from time to time. Basic stuff, all class, armor, race, alchemy, fighters guild, mages guild, undaunted, Alliance, etc.

  32. CMA on September 25, 2016 at 4:54 pm

Could you by any chance list the passives you use in this build ? thanks.

  33. Camdon on September 27, 2016 at 6:50 pm

I’m out of date when it comes to updates and still fairly new to the game. Is this build still relevant to the current date?

  34. Claus on September 30, 2016 at 3:04 pm

Hey Deltia, will we need to use the new sets with this build ? it is arguably the best build i have had in eso and much fun to play with, the best part is you can do silver and gold pledges without any issues, simply swap one handed and shield to healing staff.

    • Deltia on October 4, 2016 at 12:16 pm

Going to try Cyrodiil’s Light and Soul Shine. We’ll see how it works.

  35. Tad davis on October 9, 2016 at 8:38 pm

I thought that sweep dmg was influenced by thurmaturge since it can proc skoria. Can you tell me if thats true?

    • Deltia on October 10, 2016 at 9:39 am

      It is.

      • tad davis on October 10, 2016 at 2:36 pm

If its true and sweeps are your main dmg my not put more into thurmaturge to make them hit harder? Or does both elemental expert and thurmaturge influence the dmg of sweeps?

        • Deltia on October 11, 2016 at 12:42 pm

Try a mix that suits you best.

  36. Rev on October 10, 2016 at 10:05 pm

Could this work with 7 light until you get undaunted ? btw they really need a transmog system to not look like a clown with undaunted..

  37. Elendir on October 11, 2016 at 4:33 pm

Hi Deltia, I’m currently using this build, which is really fun to play.
I was just wondering, do you think it would be viable to switch the kagrenac set for a soulshine one, as the main damage skills are channeled (puncturing sweep, radiant glory) ?

    • Elendir on October 11, 2016 at 4:35 pm

Never mind, I just saw you were testing it.

    • Deltia on October 11, 2016 at 8:06 pm

      spinners, soulshine skoria

  38. Mashinate on October 12, 2016 at 8:05 pm

or is it rattlecage, soulshine skoria even better?

    • Deltia on October 13, 2016 at 6:13 pm

      Soulshine is good.

  39. Alberto Lara on October 12, 2016 at 10:57 pm

does this build work for pve into pvp? im not sure what build i want im more into the magic builds being able to massive heal and do damage, any suggestions?

    • Deltia on October 13, 2016 at 6:13 pm

It won’t work well, Omega is the PvE magplar build.

  40. Jarrell Deeco on October 17, 2016 at 4:43 am

I’m just wondering if this build was made on the one tamriel update since yourearly on PC? And if not will you be updating it for that update?

    • Deltia on October 18, 2016 at 3:13 pm

It still works though I’ll be incorporating new gear sets once I’ve tested them.

  41. vultures joey on October 19, 2016 at 7:37 pm

would a destruc staff work in place of the dual wield?

  42. Elle on October 19, 2016 at 8:58 pm

Is there anything that could be used to replace the vamp skill line?

  43. tad davis on October 21, 2016 at 12:03 pm

So with the weapon ultimates which for a magplar do u see as being the most viable? I was thinking the destro staff but after seeing the 2 sec activation it takes and how much ultimate it takes i kinda want to shy away from it… Easy to dodge and spot so it could get wasted alot… Any thoughts? Thanks much Deltia

  44. Ace on October 26, 2016 at 2:27 am

Hey Deltia! Can you list exactly where you put your champion points? Thanks!

  45. Nick on October 26, 2016 at 5:55 am

Hey pretty new to eso about 3 months in have gotten to champ 330 or so on Xbox. I have been playing primarily PVE with a more aggressive version of the battery. When I want to PVE I change gear reset morphs and champ points and have been following this build. I have collected 5 spinner 5 Soulshine 2 scoria for offensive and toyed with the idea of having defending sword and impen shield of endurance on the defensive bar. Thoughts?

    • Deltia on October 28, 2016 at 12:16 pm

      Sounds good.

      • Nick on November 3, 2016 at 5:57 pm

Have you tried this in PVP since the Tremorscale Proc set FoTM builds are running rampant? They are tough cookies to deal with my Stam drains very fast indeed. Any insight on how to deal with them?

        • Deltia on November 5, 2016 at 6:40 pm

Block builds work well. I show how to fight 1v1 against procturds in my latest dragonknight pvp video.

  46. Brandon D. Moyer on November 4, 2016 at 2:02 pm

What are people using for the major brutality buff with this build?

    • Deltia on November 5, 2016 at 6:40 pm

      It’s magicka build, no need.

      • Brandon on November 6, 2016 at 10:34 am

Yup, I’m an idiot. Thanks for the reply Delia.

  47. Brandon on November 7, 2016 at 5:24 am

Under weapon one you have spell damage for the glyph. What combination are you using?

    • Deltia on November 7, 2016 at 9:38 am

It’s the powered one, says weapon damage but it adds both now.

      • Brandon on November 7, 2016 at 7:52 pm

        Thank you

  48. Stevie73 on November 7, 2016 at 11:42 pm

Love love LOVE this build Delts! Quick question – do you think this build would be viable with Argonian? Also, most of my gear is purple (with gold enchants) but my health is still very low compared to my other PvP builds (20k AFTER dual-stat food) – I must be doing something wrong.
Anyways – hope daddyhood is treating you well and thankls for sharing the build/vid as always 🙂 Stevie

    • Deltia on November 12, 2016 at 3:51 am

Oh yes, it’s my favorite race for PvP. More survivable for sure, but less damage is the trade-off.

  49. Claíomh on November 22, 2016 at 4:24 am

Hi, I’m generally new to really looking at bars and set ups. I really like this one, but I was wondering, would it still be viable to run Vampires bane on the back bar instead of Shards, for the Major Prophecy buff and extra damage that would proc the Illuminate passive? Also, could toppling charge be safely substituted for Invasion? Thanks in advance!

    • Deltia on November 27, 2016 at 2:53 pm

You’d be losing out on 10% spell crit. You’ll also blow through stamina charging with Invasion, but if it works for you, try it.

  50. Jack on November 27, 2016 at 10:53 pm

I’ve been loving this build, but just switched to Azuras to play with my guild and I find I’m struggling with sustain now. Any tweaks you could suggest for non-CP?

  51. Alex on December 1, 2016 at 10:36 pm

I’m sorry, I am new to ESP, and was wandering how elemental talent/expert helps this build. I didn’t think any of these abilities have elemental effects to them.

    • Deltia on December 2, 2016 at 1:58 am

      Meteor if you use it.

  52. alan on December 7, 2016 at 5:39 am

I thought that spell crit should be around 45% and what should i sub out for krag

  53. NeXN on December 12, 2016 at 5:39 pm

How much will i lose if i take Breton instead of Altmer?

    • Deltia on December 13, 2016 at 7:08 am

About 5%, not the end of the world.

  54. sam on December 13, 2016 at 1:31 am

how is the sustain on this build?

    • Deltia on December 13, 2016 at 7:09 am

      Great with seducers.

      • sam on December 13, 2016 at 11:51 pm

awesome i do not have the monster set yet so what monster set could i use in replace of kena?

  55. Acidsilence on December 14, 2016 at 8:17 pm

Everyone says this is such a great build it is for unskilled players who spam ability and have no burst combos. This build while good for normal players won’t really work in a dueling tournament it’s not a competitive build.

  56. taylor on December 17, 2016 at 6:26 pm

why use seducers instead of other sustain sets? the build is great btw

    • Deltia on December 17, 2016 at 8:56 pm

Because it’s craftable, this was before One Tamriel like Lich.

  57. Jormungand on December 18, 2016 at 2:09 pm

Hey deltia, i enjoy pvp and pve equally but more into pve i guess. will be any problems if i use this build in pve i mainly play tank roles in the dungeons sustain is really good but i want to know if this build capable of flexible gameplay.

    • Deltia on December 19, 2016 at 11:42 pm

It would work okay, just not the best. Really need inner light.

  58. taylor on December 18, 2016 at 8:00 pm

    should i use lich instead?

    • Deltia on December 20, 2016 at 12:14 am

      Would be a great combo.

  59. Jormungand on December 19, 2016 at 12:29 am

I’m enjoying pvp and pve equally but mostly pve is this build available for flexy gameplay like pvp then switch into pve for dungeons?

  60. Dean on December 24, 2016 at 1:50 pm

I found I’m pretty squishy with this set, because of the low physical resistance. Nbs always rekt me. What do I do about that? Also, I’m 180 champ. That could be it.

    • Deltia on December 26, 2016 at 1:40 pm

Try switching to heavy armor rattlecage if you’re having trouble.

  61. Lubes on December 30, 2016 at 3:34 pm

I’ve read through some of the comments but didn’t see what I was looking for. Would you consider any other monster sets instead of Molag? I was looking at Slimecraw solely for minor berserk since vampire devalues the health recovery but others that stood out was Ilambris or Grothdarr. Also, what are you using for red CP skills? I don’t have a magplar yet, but with double xp, I could in a few days. I am playing on console and don’t have the ability to see debuffs or test out gear. I’ve been curious if there is a cap on crit resistance or how come I can crit 30k on a pve mob but with a 92% crit chance and 102% crit damage buff, why can I only crit 3k in pvp? Is that from heavy armor or impen? Sorry for the rant and all the questions and thanks in advance for your help.

    • Deltia on December 31, 2016 at 11:29 pm

I don’t understand what you mean by red cp skills? The champion point values should be listed. There is a cap on crit resistance at 3200 but players can exceed the 1.5 default value.

  62. Joshua on January 9, 2017 at 2:03 pm

I have a dark elf templare would this build still work as well just because the dark elf resist’s flame damage in its passives?

  63. Tarah on January 10, 2017 at 3:49 am

Thanks for sharing this build and really all your builds. It really helps beginners who have no clue what they’re doing, like me. Question: Any thoughts on still using radiant glory being that Radiant Destruction and morphs are being nerfed on the next patch? Also, how much of upcoming patch is going to effect this build overall? Thanks so much!

    • Deltia on January 10, 2017 at 2:28 pm

I’ll probably change to 5 rattle cage 5 spinners and VMA staff next patch. Drop Entropy for reflective light. I’m going to wait for week 3 of pts testing before I commit one way or another.

  64. Graylen Lee on January 14, 2017 at 12:19 am

Yeah what’s the red champion points because that’s not listed.

    • Deltia on January 14, 2017 at 12:17 pm

70/70 eley defender hardy split, 20 into crit resist rest into dot resist.

  65. SexyBoss on January 15, 2017 at 5:25 pm

Question, why not switch the main hand weapons, adjust them.. So you can have both sets active at all times?

    • Deltia on January 16, 2017 at 12:19 pm

Then you lose out on a one piece monster helm.

  66. Fan on January 22, 2017 at 10:48 pm

Hey Deltia, love your content and how you reply to everything asked!

I dont play very often and have many brakes (like months or more).

I now see in your video that with the new OT-sets, everyone goes full on ArmorPen –> Is the Impen trait still that important in PvP?

I mean i have 5 impen traits right now, but i still get heavy burst from nightblades, i have 5 Heavy Armor (Seducer) and Bloodspawn set.
How to you deal with the Nightblade Proc burst?
I usually can deal with one but 2 NB’s just cripple me =(

Or ist our faith settled with dying to 2 NB’s?

    • Deltia on January 23, 2017 at 9:07 pm

Yes, impen is very important. Use Radiant Magelight, stealth detection potions to prevent it. If you can’t CC break, pop a tri potion and heal. Follow it up with a cleanse and stun and they’ll run away.

  67. KeiShizuo on February 4, 2017 at 1:38 pm

    Newbie question!
How am I supposed to use Repentance? Since there are no corpses in Cyrodiil, and it doesn’t seem to work with player corpses. I’m thinking of switching to Radiant Magelight for more damage, Repentance is just kind of sitting there being completely useless.
Thank you for the build, i’m loving it.

    • Deltia on February 5, 2017 at 2:08 pm

There are plenty of corpses after you get in fights plus slotting it gives you passive regen. If you don’t like it though try something else is totally fine.

  68. Eddy on February 5, 2017 at 1:46 pm

Hey, I’m pretty new to ESO.
I just wanted to ask if this build is still up-to-date or if you’d change anything to it. Is it still something I should work towards? Thanks in advance!

    • Deltia on February 5, 2017 at 2:10 pm

Yes it still works great though if you want a heavy armor approach use Rattlecage and Spinners.

  69. Robbielomb on February 8, 2017 at 6:01 am

So I play on Xbox and I am about to be 50 in the next 10 lvl so is there a skill I could exchange for entropy and radiant for the time being until I level up my skills? I have Julianos and seducer armor.

    • Deltia on February 11, 2017 at 8:42 am

I’d honestly just work at leveling the skill lines.

  70. Robbielomb on February 8, 2017 at 6:05 am

Also what’s a good way to level up skill lines for radiant and to level up my eclipse faster? I’ve done imperial sewers but meh.

    • Deltia on February 11, 2017 at 8:44 am

Stack all the skills from the skill line.

  71. scott Wheatley on May 28, 2017 at 6:51 pm

Hi sorry if I’m missing the obvious I still can’t work out your cp allocation I pressed on the pic like you said earlier but not getting it please explain

  72. dwakaa on May 29, 2017 at 8:19 am

the cp links dont work anymore and i was wanting to follow this build.

  73. DarkPresage on June 13, 2017 at 5:52 pm

Any updates to this build with the recent patches & expansion? I’d love to see if Bee has incorporated any new gear, and especially what her new CP build looks like after the tree overhaul. Thanks in advance!

  74. caiyote on ps4 on June 14, 2017 at 12:25 am

Is this still good? Building it out now

  75. plcbrutality on June 23, 2017 at 1:19 am
