The fifteenth main mission in Borderlands 4, ‘Rising Action,’ continues the story after ‘His Vile Sanctum,’ as all three Command Bolts are finally in your hands. However, you have to enter the Dominion and operate the space elevator. Begin the quest by traveling to the Stubs and speaking with Zadra, the former Order scientist you rescued in ‘A Lot to Process.’

Fast-travel to the Fallen Crown area to reach the platform in the northwest part of the map and kill all the Rippers in the area to proceed further. Follow Amara and assist her in releasing all three clamps with your grappling hook. With the clamps released, follow Amara to the ignition building using your grappling hook, and ignite the engines by pressing the marked button on the console.

Climb the Dish Tower

Amara will then lead you to a dish tower, which you have to climb using a combination of parkour and the grappling hook. Start with the platform behind the tower, then jump onto the climbable wall and round the corner to reach the next platform. Use the grappling hook to reach the roof. Stand at the corner of the roof and use your grappling hook on the antenna to align the antenna from a distance.

Head back down and follow Amara to the access lift. When the lift doesn’t work, Amara will raise a platform that you have to grapple onto and climb up. Once inside the building, continue on the path and climb the ladder at the end. In the next chamber, jump onto the first wall, then look to the right and double-jump to the second wall to reach the control room.

Place Callis’ Command Bolt into the indicated machine and hack the controls using the console. Following a conversation, you can pick up the bolt again and continue onward. In the next chamber, look up toward the entrance to use the grapple point hidden near the ceiling.

Once outside, try to use the access lift. When it doesn’t work, head right and use your grappling hook to reach the higher platform ahead. Jump across the pipes and employ the grappling hook again to pull yourself up the elevator shaft. Grapple the blockage clear and activate the space elevator to ride it up. Kill all the enemies in the area and speak with Amara to complete ‘Rising Action’ and move on to the next main mission, ‘Another Day, Another Universe.
