To defeat the Man of Light in Escape From Duckov, you must first locate him. The boss can be found in Ground Zero, around the Road Camp. This enemy generally spawns in two main areas: the central bonfire area or near the collapsed vehicle barricades. However, before you confront the Man of Light, you should prepare properly.
The first thing to note is that this boss is no easy foe and is far stronger than normal enemies, such as Scavengers or Mercenaries. So, before you head into the fight, equip some high-tier armor and pack tons of healing items.
Once you engage him, watch out for his axe slams. You can anticipate these attacks by looking for sudden flashes and ground cracks. To avoid damage, dodge to either side just before he swings the weapon. After the boss lands his attack, you will have a brief window of opportunity to counterattack.
Focus on dealing massive amounts of damage rather than fighting slowly. For this, we recommend using heavy melee weapons and shotguns at close range. Time your attacks between his swings and repeat the process until he reaches half health. At this point, the Man of Light will begin swinging his axe twice during each combo.
