Traverse the twisted world, solve the keypad puzzle, and engage in a monstrous boss battle to complete the Fracture mission in Black Ops 7.
The Fracture in Black Ops 7 is the seventh campaign mission, in which you deal with a drone, traverse in and out of the twisted world, and then deal with a monster. The mission takes place after the events of the “Collapse” and is filled with adrenaline inducing, mind-bending moments balanced by the addition of a few puzzles here and there, the Keypad one being the most notable. In this walkthrough, we will guide you through all the bits and pieces of the mission and give you the solution to the puzzle.
Black Ops 7 Campaign Mission “Fracture” Objectives
The Fracture mission in the latest Call of Duty Black Ops can be broken into multiple objectives. Here they are:
- Follow the Drone
- Deactivate the Drone’s Security Lock
- Solve the Keypad Puzzle
- Defeat the Monster
Follow the Drone
The Fracture mission in Call of Duty Black Ops 7 begins on a destroyed highway. Your first objective will be to follow the drone and move forward. All you have to do is walk toward the quest marker. Once you reach it, a red portal will open that will take you to the twisted highway. Some enforcers will appear and try to block your way here. Deal with them swiftly and move on.
Keep defeating enemies and moving forward in the bottomless freeway. Eventually, you will have to climb some cars to get to the top of the elevated broken road. Then, travel through the floating platform in front of you to reach the other side of the road.
This segment of the mission will be a bit tricky. As you walk forward on the new part of the highway, cars will randomly spawn and drive toward you at full speed. You must dodge them, as getting hit will send you back to the checkpoint. Take the path going right, follow the quest marker to another red portal, and take it to come back to the normal world.
Deactivate the Drone’s Security Lock
Back in the normal world, follow the linear path of the highway and navigate between the many abandoned cars while taking on the Enforcers on your way. Eventually, you will arrive at the security console for the drone. Interact with it and then hold off the hostiles for the given time period. Once you have survived the waves of enemies, a cinematic cutscene will trigger that will end with you in a warehouse.
The primary objective now will be to push through the enemy forces and find an upload point. Get out of the warehouse, clear the area of enemies, and then get into the Asian-themed building. Follow the mission marker to find a keypad beside a sliding door. The puzzle here will be to find the code for the keypad.

Solve the Keypad Puzzle
The first step of solving the keypad puzzle is to hack the terminal opposite the sliding door in the room. Simply rotate the moving panels to connect the power from one end to the other. During it, 50/50 will give you the first two digits of the keypad code. She does not remember the rest, but she will repeat the first two digits twice, which is a clue. Go to the resort lobby to find a display with scrambled numbers on it.
Find the sequence of numbers that matches 50/50’s initial hint. If you do not find the hint on the first screen, check the one behind the hotel counter for another set of sequences.
Defeat the Monster
Once you have successfully gotten past the keypad lock, deal with some army bots outside in the garden. At this point in the mission, your objective is to reach the safehouse and again find an upload point. At the end of the garden, you will find a wooden door. Interact with it to trigger the next cutscene. By the time it ends, you will be in the twisted world, being attacked by a giant demonic form of Harper. Yes, you are still playing Call of Duty.
The Giant will start spawning mini Harpers to distract you and disappear. Kill the minions and the bigger threat will show up again. This will be a recurring pattern until the boss fight ends. Use high damage weapons such as RPGs and grenade launchers on the Giant Harper to kill him as soon as possible. Once the boss’s health hits zero, you will witness yet another cutscene, in which the real Harper will show up. This will mark the end of the Fracture mission in Black Ops 7.
