Snap and Salvage is a new quest that you can finish in Stella Mortis in Arc Raiders. In this article, we will outline how to finish it.

The Snap and Salvage quest came to light after the first update in Arc Raiders since its release. The update gave birth to the region of Stella Mortis and several quests alongside it. Snap and Salvage is one of those quests, and it’s not an easy quest.
In fact, it is one of the hardest quests in the game due to the trickiness of the tasks involved in completing it. Nevertheless, fret not, we will guide you through the quest via this article.
Snap and Salvage Quest Overview in Arc Raiders

The Snap and Salvage quest is the third quest that you gain from Tian Wen as part of the Stella Montis storyline. If you haven’t explored the new region in the game, this quest ensures that you get to undertake a hearty tour along the new map. The Snap and Salvage quest can be broken down into four parts.
- Take a Photo of any of the Rovers in the Sandbox.
- Search the papers in the Security Checkpoint room by the Lobby.
- Deliver a Magnetron to Tian Wen.
- Deliver a Flow Controller to Tian Wen.
Rover Location
The Rover is located in the Robotics Sandbox, which is part of the ground or base floor of Stella Mortis. Go through the entrance to the Sandbox region and take the path that goes straight. There are signs on the wall in case you get lost and need to navigate through the correct path.
After heading straight, turn right at the end of the hallway and work your way down to the Sandbox. The easiest way to go down is to jump, although you can also choose to take the left.
You will see the Rover there. Take a photo while standing behind it.
Paper location
To access the security papers, you will need to head to the Lobby area on the map. Once there, you will stumble upon a breachable door behind the Security desk (right from the scanner). Breach the door and go straight. You will find a table to your right. The security papers are present on the table.
Magnetron and Flow controllers
Getting your hands on the magnetron and flow controllers proves to be an entirely random affair. These two are some of the new Exodus materials introduced in the new North Line update. Discovering them will involve a lot of luck.
In our playthrough, we found the magnetron inside a container in the same Security Checkpoint room, next to the papers, while the Flow controller was found in the Cafeteria region. If you don’t find them in these locations, you will have to explore and scour containers thoroughly throughout Stella Mortis to attain these two items.
