The Unexpected Initiative quest in Arc Raiders requires players to find three items for Tian Wen, the vendor
As a part of the Unexpected Initiatives quest in Arc Raiders, players are required to collect a few items and deliver them to Tian Wen, the vendor. This quest can be done with ease with a little exploration, as you only need to collect three items to complete it. Let’s take a look at what those items are and how you can finish the Unexpected Initiatives quest in Arc Raiders.
How To Complete Unexpected Initiatives Quest in Arc Raiders
To finish this mission, players will need to find 3 Lemons, 1 Water Filter, and 1 Water Pump and deliver them to Tian Wen. All items, especially the lemons, are easy to find due to their abundant spawn rate. Let’s take a look at where to find each of these items in Arc Raiders.
Where To Find Lemons in Arc Raiders
When it comes to lemons, you can find the quick-use item at several POIs in Arc Raiders. Some of the few locations where you can find lemons are:
- Spaceport map – Follow the river north of the Communications Tower to find a lemon tree
- Dam Battlegrounds map – Lemon tree spawns near the Hydroponic Dome Complex and South Swamp Outpost
- Blue Gate map – Lemon trees near the Farmlands of Olive Grove
Since the drop chances are random, sometimes the lemon trees might spawn at another location. In that case, open your map, hover the cursor over the POIs, and look for the Nature marker. These areas have a chance to spawn lemon trees, thus giving you a Nature loot drop.
Where To Get Water Filter and Water Pump in Arc Raiders
Water Pump can be found in the industrial areas of the Dam Battlegrounds map. To get one, open the map and hover your cursor over the POIs to look for the industrial icon. Visit the industrial buildings and loot the crates and shelves to maximize your chances of getting a Water Pump.
Similar to Water Pump, the last item required to complete the quest, Water Filter, can be found in the Dam Battlegrounds map. As shown in the image above, go to the blue waypoint building diagonally across from Piazza Roma. At the top of the broken rooftop building, you can inspect the machine and get the Water Filter.
Once you have all the items, go back and deliver them to Tian Wen. As a reward, he will give you the following:
- 1x Osprey I
- 28,000 XP
