Prestige in Black Ops 7 is a system that rewards players who dedicate hours to the game. You can earn XP and level up to reach all 10 Prestiges in the game. Each comes with its own icon and rewards.

How Prestige Works in Black Ops 7
The Prestige System in Black Ops 7 is essentially the same one from BO6. There are a total of 10 Prestige in the game, with each one spanning to level 55. This means that you will have to hit level 55 of your current Prestige level to proceed to the next one. Once you do, you will enter level 1 of the latest Prestige and get a new icon next to your name.
Speaking of which, every single Prestige in BO7 has its own unique icon. And every player you interact with will be able to see it. Furthermore, each time you rank up to a Prestige, you get a Permanent Unlock Token, which you can then use to unlock any item in the game permanently.
Moreover, to enter the Max Prestige rank, you will have to go through all 10 Prestiges. After this, you will be able to rank up to level 1000 instead of 55. On your way to the top, you will get unique rewards upon hitting milestones such as level 100, 200, etc.

How Weapon Prestige Works in Black Ops 7
Black Ops 7 brings the Weapon Prestige system back from BO3 and BO4 into a new light. You can upgrade every single weapon in the loadout in both multiplayer zombies. Once the weapon reaches level 50, it enters its Prestige rank. This will relock every single attachment you got so far, but give you a unique camo or sometimes attachments for your achievement. But you will have to reach 50 for that weapon all over again.
In BO7, each weapon has two Prestige ranks, and once you complete both of them, you will be able to rank it up all the way to level 250, which is also known as “Weapon Prestige Master”. This will give you exclusive rewards. Additionally, the best thing is that you can level up your weapon across all modes, including Multiplayer, Zombies, and the main campaign.
How to Earn XP for Prestige in Black Ops 7
The best way to earn XP in Black Ops 7 and progress to level 55 is to play the Multiplayer and Zombies. Your earned XP is shared between the two modes. Also, the Campaign BO7 gives you a good amount of XP for leveling up. This is something we have not seen in the previous Black Ops campaigns, resulting in players feeling like their progress in the story was not worth it.
In addition to that, once you have completed the campaign, you can play the Endgame, which is a PvE mode that gives you XP just like the other modes we mentioned so far.
