Should You Play This Build?

The ESO Stamina Necromancer PVE build is for players that are looking to complete solo content or small group content with a well-rounded class. The ESO Stamina Necromancer PVE build shines in both single target and AOE attacks, and the damage output is insane! For beginners, Necromancers can be a bit tougher compared to other classes because some of their moves depends on corpses on the ground and keeping buffs up, but it is definitely doable!

Skills

There are various skill options that can work for the Stamina Necromancer, so choose what works best for you and your play style

Bar One Dual Wield: damage and DoTs

Stamcrow PvE Bar One Dual Wield

Blighted Blastbones: high damage ability that should be kept up at all times

Consuming Trap: sustain tool that does a little bit of damage, please on low health mob to start fights

  • [FLEX] Deadly Cloak: in coordinated groups with sustain tools switch for more damage

Detonating Siphon: uses a corpse for crazy AoE DoT

  • [FLEX] Camouflaged Hunter: for a simpler build swap in camo hunter and try to attack from flank

Shrouded Daggers: Fire a dagger that deals physical damage, knocks enemies off balance, and grants you Major Brutality, increasing weapon damage

Whirling Blades: Spin into enemies, dealing physical damage

Flawless Dawnbreaker: Powerful ultimate that deals physical damage over time, and increases your weapon damage for 20 seconds

Bar Two Bow: Dots, buffs and heals

Barbed Trap: strong damage over time effect and procs minor force adding to our damage

Razor Caltrops: Caltrops fall over enemies in the target area,  causing physical damage over time and also reducing their movement speed, as well as applying major breach

Necrotic Potency: insane heal and ultimate generating tool

Arrow Barrage: Arrows rain down on enemies within the AOE area (Area of Effect), dealing physical damage over time

Echoing Vigor: A strong heal over time that cost stamina

Pestilent Colossus: incredible burst damage with a massive increase to damage for 12 seconds

ROTATION 

EASY MODE: Swap Barb trap to front dropping consuming trap, swap Echoing Vigor to front dropping Shrouded Dagger.  Maintain bones, Barb Trap, Detonating Siphon and using Whirling Blades as a filer and Echoing Vigor as a heal.

PRE BUFF: cast potency if corpses, Endless Hail, Razor Caltrops, close distance and lay down Trap, bar swap

Use Bones, Cloak, Siphon and Shrouded Dagger 2x or so times before going back to bow and reapplying your DoTs

Remember, longest to shortest in rotation, after awhile they will be on different times, so use Shrouded Dagger as a filer, but really no more than 2-3x unless in execute range around 25% health

Balorgh (ultimate burst): found in Veteran dungeon March of Sacrifices DLC Wolfhunter

  • (1 item) Adds 129 Weapon Damage and Spell Damage
  • (2 items) When you use an Ultimate ability, you gain Weapon Damage and Spell Damage equal to the amount of total Ultimate consumed, and Physical and Spell Penetration equal to 23 times the amount for 12 seconds.

Bloodspawn (utility): found in Veteran dungeon in Spindleclutch 2 base game

  • (1 item) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
  • (2 items) When you take damage, you have a 6% chance to generate 13 Ultimate and increase your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 3731 for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

Engine Guardian (sustain): found in Veteran dungeon Darkshade Caverns 2

  • (1 item) Adds 129 Health Recovery
  • (2 items) When you use an ability, you have a 25% chance to summon a Dwemer automation to restore 550 Stamina or Magicka or 1955 Health to you every 0.5 seconds for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

Hunding’s Rage: craftable 6 traits, crafting stations found in Bangkorai, Reaper’s March, The Rift

Agility: found in Imperial City with keys or Dungeon Finder via random dungeons and or traders sell

Vengeance Leech: found in Cyrodiil PvP zone Bruma Elite Gear Vendor or sold on traders

    • (5 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you increase your Weapon Damage by 450 for 10 seconds. While this effect is active your Critical Strikes heal you for 100 Health. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and the heal scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Stamina.

Vicious Serpent: obtained in trial Hel Ra Citadel, Aetherian Archive and Sanctum Ophidia

  • (2 items) Adds 657 Weapon Critical
  • (3 items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.
  • (4 items) Adds 657 Weapon Critical
  • (5 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage, Reduces the cost of your Stamina Abilities by 8%. When an enemy you have recently damaged dies, you restore 2454 Stamina and gain Major Expedition for 8 seconds, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%. These effects can occur once every second.

Perfected Thunderous Volley: Veteran Maelstrom Arena in Orsinium

  • (2 items) Adds 526 Weapon Critical, Increases the damage Volley deals by 430 each tick. This bonus increases by 143 every time Volley ticks, up to a maximum of 8 times

  • (5 items) Dealing damage with a Light or Heavy Attack grants you a stack of Burning Heart for 5 seconds, up to 5 stacks. While you have 5 stacks, you generate an aura of wrath, granting you Major Berserk, increasing your damage done by 10%. While you have an aura of wrath, allies within 12 meters of you gain Minor Berserk, increasing their damage done by 5%.

Perfected Arms of Relequen: obtained in Veteran Cloudrest Trial

  • (2 items) Adds 657 Weapon Critical
  • (3 items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.
  • (4 items) Adds 657 Weapon Critical
  • (5 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina, Your Light and Heavy attacks apply a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds. Harmful winds deal 52 Physical Damage every 1 second. This effect can stack once every half second, up to 10 times and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

    • (2 items) Adds 657 Weapon Critical
    • (3 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina

    • (5 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you increase your Weapon Damage by 450 for 10 seconds. While this effect is active your Critical Strikes heal you for 100 Health. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and the heal scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Stamina.

Perfected Executioner’s Blade: obtained in Veteran Vateshran Arena can obtain lesser version on normal

  • (2 items) Adds 526 Weapon Critical, Hidden Blade deals up to 250% more damage to targets under 100% Health when you are standing behind them. Restores 1890 Stamina if the target was below 50% Health.

Perfected Thunderous Volley: Veteran Maelstrom Arena in Orsinium

  • (2 items) Adds 526 Weapon Critical, Increases the damage Volley deals by 430 each tick. This bonus increases by 143 every time Volley ticks, up to a maximum of 8 times

RACE

  • Khajiit = critical damage is optimal for PvE DPS along with all around good max stats and recovery.
Passive Skills
Cutpurse Increases your experience gain with the Medium Armor skill line by 15%. Increases your chance to successfully pickpocket by 5%.
Robustness Increases your Health Recovery by 100 and your Stamina and Magicka Recovery by 85.
Lunar Blessings Increase your Maximum Health, Magicka, and Stamina by 915.
Feline Ambush Increases your Critical Damage and Critical Healing by 12%. Decreases your detection radius in Stealth by 3 meters.
  • Orc = well balanced stamina race and great for PvP
Passive Skills
Craftsman Increases your experience gain with the Heavy Armor skill line by 15%. Increases your crafting inspiration gained by 10%.
Brawny Increases your Maximum Stamina by 1000.
Unflinching Rage Increases your Maximum Health by 1000. When you deal damage, you heal for 2125 Health. This can occur once every 4 seconds.
Swift Warrior Increases your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 258. Reduces the cost of Sprint by 12% and increases the Movement Speed bonus of Sprint by 10%.
  • Dunmer (Dark Elf) = all around great if you want to switch between magicka/stamina build though lacks resources sustain
Passive Skills
Ashlander Increases your experience gain with the Dual Wield skill line by 15%. Reduces your damage taken from environmental lava by 50%.
Dynamic Increases your Maximum Magicka and Maximum Stamina by 1910.
Resist Flame Increases your Flame Resistance by 4620.
Ruination Increases your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 258.

CONSUMABLES

  • Food: Artaeum Takeaway Broth or Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables if playing group PVE
    • Artaeum Takeaway Broth: Increases max health by 3326 and health recovery by 406 and max stamina by 3080 and stamina recovery by 338 for 2 hours
    • Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables: Increase max health by 5395 and stamina by 4936 for 60 minutes
  • Potions: Weapon Damage or Weapon Crit
    • Essence of Weapon Power: = Increases weapon damage, grants major savagery increasing weapon critical, restores stamina, and increases stamina recovery. A great option if you want to go full damage
    • Essence of Weapon Critical: Gives you Major Savagery, increasing your weapon critical, restores health and stamina immediately and increases your health and stamina recovery. Another great option for increased damage
    • Essence of Health/Tri-Pots: Restores Magicka, Stamina, and Health. These are great to use if you’re having issues with survivability and/or sustain
  • Poisons: Damage Health
    • Damage Health: Deals poison damage. Poison damage is applied to 20% of the time on light attacks, heavy attacks, or weapon abilities. If you slot this it does suppress your weapon enchantments
  • Scrolls: If you need to level CP, scrolls from the crown store can help make the leveling process much faster! While using these scrolls they increase the rate that you earn experience points

MUNDUS STONE

  • 60% critical or higher
    • Increases Critical Damage and Healing by 11%. With 7 Divines armor pieces: Increases Critical Damage and Healing by 17%
  • 59% critical or lower
    • The Thief: Increases the Critical Strike rating by 1333.  With 7 Divines armor pieces: Increases the Critical Strike rating by 2167

ATTRIBUTE POINTS

Aim for 22,000 health or more with food on.  With my champion points/race/etc. I have all 64 points into stamina.  You may not, hit the HP with food on then rest into stamina.

Fitness

  • Rejuvenation 50 [slot-able] Grants 3 Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery per stage.
    • Helps with sustain
  • Ironclad [slot-able] Grants 34.6 Armor per stage.
    • Helps being more durable
  • Boundless Vitality [slot-able] Grants 28 Max Health per stage.
    • Helps being more durable
  • Bloody Renewal [slot-able] Restore 300 Stamina per stage, whenever you kill an enemy.
    • Helps resource sustain

Warfare

  •  Fighting Finesse 50 [slot-able] Increases your Critical Damage and Critical Healing done by 2% per stage.
    • Helps with overall damage running high critical chance/damage
  •  Backstabber 50 [slot-able] Increases your Critical Damage done by 3% per stage against enemies you are flanking.
    • Helps with damage when you can stand behind reliably
  • Deadly Aim 50 [slot-able] ncrease your damage done with single target attacks by 2% per stage.
    • Helps with overall damage as mainly your sub and dagger are source of damage
  • Master at Arms 50 [slot-able] Increases your damage done with direct damage attacks by 2% per stage
    • Helps with overall damage as your main spammable direct damage

Craft

  • Treasure Hunter 50 [slot-able] Increase the quality of items you find in treasure chests.
    • Helps with farming gear
  • Rationer 30 [slot-able] Adds 10 minutes to the duration of any food or drink that increases your character’s stats per stage.
    • Helps save gold
  • Liquid Efficiency 75 [slot-able] Whenever you use a potion or poison you have a 10% chance to not consume it.
    • Helps save gold
  • Steed’s Blessing 50 [slot-able] Increases your out of combat Movement Speed by .4% per stage.
    • Helps getting around faster
