In Doom The Dark Ages, every chapter is jam-packed with things to do and collect. While every battle is exhilarating, players might have even more fun trying to hunt down every collectible in a chapter. Similar to the other levels, Chapter 15 (City of Ry’uul) hides a few collectibles that you can grab. Some of these are health and armor upgrades, so you shouldn’t miss out on these. In this guide, we’ll take a look at all of the Chapter 15 collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages.
All Chapter 15 Collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages
The City of Ry’uul chapter has seven collectible items that you can pick up. The following table lists the collectibles and where they are located.
| Collectible Name | Location |
| Ruby | After starting the level, follow the objective marker until you reach the area where you need to shield charge through a hoop. Instead of doing this, drop down and smash through an area on the right. Follow the path to interact with a gear that activates a launch pad. Use the launcher to reach the area where the Ruby is. |
| Codex | Once you reach the next area, jump across the gap to reach the other side. Immediately turn around and drop down from the edge. Follow the path to grab the codex. |
| Ruby | Reach the section where you need to lift a platform and line up the eyes. Just below the platform is a section with water. Here, you’ll find the Ruby. |
| Demonic Essence for Health | In the following major battle, you’ll discover the Demonic Essence on the final enemy. |
| Demonic Essence for Armor | Quite a bit further into the chapter, you’ll activate a launcher with your shield saw to proceed. You’ll proceed using green rings while fighting off some enemies. Climb a wall next and then fall just off the edge to a platform underneath. From here, you’ll take another green ring portal to reach an area where you need to trigger a battle. After killing the last foe, you’ll get the armor upgrade. |
| Collectible Toy | Return to the original section of the level and find a breakable area to your right. Smash through and jump down to find the toy. |
| Wraithstone | Go to the main objective, but before interacting with it, look to the left. This is where you’ll find the Wraithstone. |
