The Fuel Cells are scattered across the overworld, often lying on the sand. They are usually found alongside Salvaged Metal at the Scavenger Camp in Hagga Basin South. These Scavenger Camps are typically located in the rocky mountain areas. You can find a lot of Fuel Cells by thoroughly searching the camp zones.

While a few Fuel Cells lie on the ground, others can be found inside the chest. Particularly, battery-like white boxes will have a good yield of Fuel Cells. Approach the boxes and use Cutterrays to break them to extract the Fuel Cells. However, be prepared to fight NPCs. Since enemies and resources respawn, you can also revisit the area periodically to farm Fuel Cells, ensuring a steady supply.

How To Use Fuel Cells in Dune Awakening

The Fuel Cells function as a power source in your base, especially in the early stages of the game. Deposit the Fuel Cells into the Fuel Generators to power all the facilities and protection shields at your base.
