You craft a good chunk of your gear in Dune Awakening, and each piece of gear requires a bundle of items to craft. The Irradiated Slag is one of the most important crafting resources. It is used to craft a variety of items. These include the Irradiated Core, Spice-infused Fuel Cell, Young Sparky Mk5, and Power Pack Mk5. These items, in turn, help you craft more powerful gear such as the Power Harness, Power Pack Mk6, Sentinel Belt, and more.
If you wish to get your hands on powerful gear to make your trek through Arrakis easier, you need Irradiated Slag. Finding this crafting resource is fairly difficult considering the size of the map, but we are here to walk you through it. Where To Find Irradiated Slag in Dune Awakening?

You can find the Irradiated Slag resource in the Wreck of the Ourea (Aft) in Sheol. This wreck is at the exact center of Sheol, right in the middle of the desert. Head over to the wreck, but make sure to do so with a radiation suit equipped. The ship has radiation contamination, and suits such as the Radiation Suit Mk5 will let you navigate the hazard with no risk.
Approach the wreck from the southern end, and you will find a large hole busted open in the hull. Enter the wreck and take a left, where you will spot a container tucked away in the corner. Walk up to the container and press the ‘E’ key to interact with it. This will bring up the list of contents inside the container. You will find the Irradiated Slag here. There are also several other containers on the right side. Loot them all to stock up on the ingredient.
