How To Get the Art of Ninjutsu Trophy in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The newest game in Ubisoft’s flagship franchise, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, has a large number of achievements you can get. 54 achievements, to be exact. One of these achievements is the Art of Ninjutsu.

This achievement is one of the more time-consuming ones. To help you with this, here is a guide on how you can get the Art of Ninjutsu in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Requirements For Unlocking Art of Ninjutsu Trophy in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

To get the Art of Ninjutsu, you must master the Way of the Shinobi. This is not a flowery description but an entirely literal one. The Way of the Shinobi refers to Naoe’s skill tree and features all of her stealth-based skills. The Way of the Shinobi consists of 6 Knowledge Ranks, and you must reach Knowledge Rank 6 for the purposes of this achievement.

Increasing your Knowledge Rank requires Knowledge Points, which can be obtained through various side activities. Some of these side activities are practicing Kata, performing Kuji-Kiri, and praying at all the prayer spots in a shrine.

For obtaining the Art of Ninjutsu, you will have to fully upgrade Naoe’s skill tree. And to actually unlock all of the skills, you will have to spend Mastery Points. Obtaining all of the skills and upgrading them to the max requires 63 Mastery Points in total. To obtain Mastery Points, you can level up your characters. Alternatively, you can also try to kill enemy organisations to get Mastery Points.

Sweep the Leg and Critical Insight Skills

Although most of the skills can be obtained just by spending mastery points, two of them require special conditions to unlock them. These are the skills Sweep the Leg and Critical Insight.

To get either of these skills, you will have to defeat a particular organization. For Sweep the Leg, you must defeat the Genzaburo’s Soldiers group. Meanwhile, to get Critical Insight, you will have to defeat The Yokai Organization.

After you unlock these two skills and upgrade all of the rest, the Art of Ninjutsu should be unlocked in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
