Starfield is the first new universe in 25 years from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4. In this next generation role-playing game set amongst the stars, create any character you want and explore with unparalleled freedom as you embark on an epic journey to answer humanity’s greatest mystery.
Game Director Todd Howard has described Starfield as “Skyrim in space” – only instead of being limited to one zone in the world of Tamriel, players in Starfield will have over 1,000 planets in over 100 star systems to travel to and explore. This suggests that players will be able to easily put in hundreds of hours into the game, just collecting resources, and building and improving your starships to enable to travel further than before will keep some gamers occupied for hours.
Bethesda’s RPGs have always revolved around the core conviction of “play how you want.” Whether your preference is questing, combat, crafting and research, or just simple exploration Starfield is a game which will have something for everyone.
