The most consistent way of leveling up fast in Where Winds Meet is to pursue the main story quests. There’s a lot to do in Where Winds Meet, but the main story quests, marked by a gold hue, are the ones that will grant the most XP and help you rise through the levels in no time.
Defeating enemies is also a good way to get XP and level up, but the main story quests are by far the best way. This is by design, as these quests are intended to take you through the narrative and fast-track you to the good stuff.
How To Remove Level Cap in Where Winds Meet
Now, once the main story quests push you up to Level 10, you’ll hit your first roadblock. You’ll stop leveling up, but don’t worry, this isn’t a bug. The game has a level cap every 10 levels, and you can’t level up further till you break through this level cap.
To break through the level cap in Where Winds Meet, head over to your character menu. Under your character banner, you’ll see the “Solo Mode” section. Click on this, and you’ll then have the option to “Breakthrough.” The Breakthrough feature demands that you complete a quest, doing which then removes your level cap. You’ll have to do these special quests each time you hit the cap.
