The Band of the Mystic Scoundrel allows you to cast some spells as a Bonus Action, and you can find it during Act 3 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).

In Baldur’s Gate 3, the Band of the Mystic Scoundrel has a helpful perk that allows you to cast an illusion or enchantment spell as a bonus action. However, to do so you must first hit your enemy with a weapon attack. This condition will work using either a melee or ranged attack, as well. Therefore, this ring accessory could be used with any build, whether you are playing a front-line melee character or a ranged spellcaster.

How to Get Band of the Mystic Scoundrel in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Band of Mystic Scoundrel in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to reach the Rivington area in Act 3 and visit the Circus of the Last Days to play the ‘spin the wheel’ game with Akabi. You can find him straight ahead through the main entrance and then over on the left. His game is rigged, and the only way to win it is to steal from him.
Engage the Djinni in conversation with one character. Then send Astarion or another character with a high Sleight of Hand skill to sneak behind him and pickpocket the Djinni Ring. Now, go back to your dialogue character and spin the wheel.
You will win, but Akabi will be angry and will teleport you to a section of Jungle filled will Chult Alioramus. Raptor/dinosaur-like enemies. There is a portal that can take you out, along with a chest holding Nyrulna next to it. However, first, you’ll want to head to the southwest corner of the map to find the Band of the Mystic Scoundrel.
There you’ll be able to climb up some ledges until you see the spine of some large animal. To the left of that spine, you should make a short jump up to the ledge above. Walk back and you will find a small shelter and camp area with a skeleton. Click on the backpack just to the right of the skeleton and inside you will find the Band of the Mystic Scoundrel.
