In Baldur’s Gate 3, Caitiff Staff is a rare quarterstaff and you can buy it from Helsik vendor in Devil’s Fee during Act 3. This quarterstaff can be equipped in either one hand or two because of its versatility. This weapon is also a simple melee weapon that can be equipped by every class and comes with Arcane Enchantment, and Caitiff’s Restoration class action.
Caitiff Staff is uniquely designed for the Warlock class due to the Restoration special feature. With Caitiff’s Restoration, a Warlock can replenish 1 Warlock Spell Slot per long rest. Unlike other spellcasters, Warlocks possess a maximum of 3 spell slots and rely on short rest to replenish them. However, with this weapon, you can replenish passively and then unequip. Therefore, Caitiff Staff is a must-have collection for any Warlock in BG3.

How to Get Caitiff Staff in Baldur’s Gate 3
You can buy the Caitiff Staff from Helsik in Devil’s Fee, during Act 3 for 570 gold. At the beginning of Act 3, in Rivington, head north and complete the introduction portion of the main quest to unlock Basilisk Gate. Once you move into the new region, you can continue to the west into an area called Devil’s Fee. The nearest waypoint to the Devil’s Fee is the Lower City Central Wall. Once you arrive, walk straight north with a little turn slightly to the right where you should arrive at the building.
The store is run by a Gold Dwarf named Helsik. The first time you visit the store, Helsik won’t reveal her full complement of equipment. In order to trigger her to reveal the rest of her inventory, walk around the shop and inspects highlighted items. This is easy to do with the left + alt method showing various items lying around. You will need to succeed in a few perception checks, which are a wisdom-based skill. Shadowheart Companion as a Cleric typically has high Wisdom score can be helpful here. Moreover, expect an Arcane check as well, which Gale can be helpful here.
Afterward, speak with Helsik and comment on her wares. Impressed at your knowledge, she agrees to let you see all of her stock. You’ll find the Caitiff Staff and other items available, including the powerful Cloak of the Weave. Additionally, this area is where you enter the House of Hope and deal with Raphael.
