How to Get the Servitor of the Black Hand Gloves in Baldur’s Gate 3
You can find the Servitor of the Black Hand Gloves in the Glided chest inside Gortash Chambers, in Wyrm’s Rock Fortress, during Act 3. Here is how to get the Servitor of the Black Hand Gloves in BG3:
- Progress to Act 3
- Head to the north to find Wyrm’s Rock Fortress
- Visit the audience chamber, where you’ll speak with Gortash in person for the first time.
- You can’t get the gloves without triggering a fight with all Steel Watchers and guards, so I advise you to wait till you are ready to defeat Gortash.
- From the audience chamber, take the stairs or ladder to the upper level (the entrances are through the southwest and northwest doors).
- Unlock the door to the Gortash chambers located in the middle of the top level (X: -31 Y: 198).
- Defeat the guardians and Loot the Servitor of the Black Hand Gloves from the glided chest near the mirror on the southwest side of the room.
Note: It’s almost impossible to get the gloves without triggering a fight with all Steel Watchers and guards, so I advise you to wait till you reach the point in the story where you are ready to defeat Gortash. However, you can get the item without triggering a fight if you possess specific tools, such as scrolls, spells, or potions of: invisibility, flying, and haste. Being a Druid with high Dexterity or a Rogue thief subclass will also be helpful to sneak inside without being noticed.
Servitor of the Black Hand Gloves Location
Servitor of the Black Hand Gloves is on the top level of The Wyrm’s Rock Fortress. This old stronghold north of the Rivington map is the only entrance to the Baldur’s Gate in Act 3, and you won’t miss it. Once there, visit the audience hall and take the stairs or ladder to the upper level. The entrances are through the southwest and northwest doors. The place is full of enemies, but if you already completed the Disable the Steel Watch quest and obtained Gontr Mael legendary bow, defeating them without the constructs will be significantly more straightforward.
You may need to unlock the door to the Gortash chambers on the top level above the audience hall. The gloves are in a glided chest in the southwest corner of the room near the mirror. (X: -31 Y: 198)
