You can find the Seraphic Pugilist Gloves in the chest on the ground floor of the Open Hand Temple, in Rivington (X: -91 Y: -3), during Act 3. Here is how to get the Seraphic Pugilist Gloves in BG3:
- Progress to Act 3
- Head to the north to find Open Hand Temple.
- You can’t get the gloves without triggering a fight with all Steel Watchers and guards, so I advise you to wait till you are ready to defeat Gortash.
- Find the room with beds and chests at the back of the Temple, Ground Floor.
- Unlock the fourth chest from the stairs (X: -31 Y: 198).
- Loot the Seraphic Pugilist Gloves.

Progress until you reach Act 3 and arrive at Rivington, a small village before the Baldur’s Gate City. Head to the north to find Open Hand Temple. It’s the last building on your right side of the street leading to the South span checkpoint and Wyrm’s Crossing. Enter the temple and pass through the back door to get to the patio with the bonfire. Take the stairs on the north side to get to the ground level.
You should find a room with five beds and five chests on the far east side of the temple, just next to the bonfire. The Seraphic Pugilist Gloves will be in the fourth locked chest, counting from the stone stairs. The lock requires only 10 DC, a sleight of hand skill check.
