Here are the steps to get the Azure Dome Transformation in Black Myth: Wukong:
Step 1: Unlock Mount Mei
Unlock Mount Mei to get the Azure Dome Transformation and become the Stone Monkey. You can access this secret area from The Great Pagoda in Chapter 3.
However, you must complete all the secret areas in Black Myth: Wukong before gaining access to Mount Mei.
Step 2: Beat Erlang, the Sacred Divinity
You must beat Erlang, the Sacred Divinity after unlocking Mount Mei. Erlang Shen is the strongest boss in Black Myth: Wukong, and defeating him will not be easy. This fight is also necessary if you want to get the true ending of Black Myth: Wukong.
Beating Erlang Shen will trigger a cutscene, after which you have to battle with the Four Heavenly Kings as well as a giant Erlang Shen.
Step 3: Beat the Four Heavenly Kings

After winning that fight, multiple cut scenes will ensue. When all of those end, you will find yourself back at the Great Pagoda, right in front of the last mural. This is also where you will receive the Azure Dome Transformation spell in Black Myth: Wukong.
