For instance, if you are going for a build that focuses on implying the Burning effect and overtime damage, equipping Armor pieces that offer additional or bonus Fire damage will help you greatly. In short, choosing Armor pieces that are appropriate to your build plays a crucial role in creating a perfect build for your character in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.

Types of Armor in Dragon Age: The Veilguard

There are three types of Armor in Dragon Age: The Veilguard – Light, Medium, and Heavy. Light Armor mainly provides the offensive stats, allowing players to take advantage of extra damage/stagger. Heavy Armor mainly provides the defensive stats, allowing players to Tank the hits or be more protective during intense fights.

Medium Armor provides a mix of both offensive and defensive stats, allowing players to switch ground positioning easily during fights.
