Best Cards From Secluded Springs in Pokemon TCG Pocket For Ranked Battles

- Mantyke
- Entei ex
- Suicune ex
- Celebi
- Miltank
1. Mantyke

This unassuming baby Pokemon is actually going to be great for a simple reason. It is the Water type counterpart for Magby and Pichu. Both of these cards have seen a lot of use in their respective type decks.
This will be no different for Mantyke, as it can start powering up your Water Pokemon at no cost. This will likely be used in many Water decks involving Gyarados (and the Mega forms coming soon), Palkia, Suicune, Articuno and more.
2. Entei ex

One of the three Legendary Beasts. Entei is going to be great for some Fire decks. The Ability to let you draw an extra card is already useful. On top of this, it can deal up to 120 damage if it has four Fire energy.
This is further supported by cards like Magby, which can help it setup quicker.
3. Suicune ex

This is the second Legendary Beast on this list. You can also use Suicune to also draw an extra card per turn from its Ability. However, its ability to deal good damage by utilizing both members’ Benched Pokemon is also decent.
You can quickly fill up your Benched zones and attack for high numbers early on. Moreover, Water-type decks are becoming stronger due to cards like Mantyke coming up.
4. Celebi

This new version of Celebi is quite niche, but extremely good against certain meta cards. Lots of Stage 2 Pokemon are being used a lot, including Charizard ex and Solgaleo ex, for example. Celebi can send these back to the hand by devolving them.
Most of these decks run Rare Candy to evolve their Pokemon, which would then leave them with no way to get out their ace cards.
5. Miltank

This Basic Pokemon is, without a doubt, a trauma inducing one for fans who played the Generation 2 games. The combo of Miltank and Whitney has arrived in Pokemon TCG Pocket from the Secluded Springs pack, and it is quite fun and strong to use.
If you let this Pokemon keep attacking, it can quickly become a danger within just two turns. Moreover, it is a Basic Pokemon, with high HP, good damage potential along with good Supporter Cards like Whitney to heal it back.
Those were five of the best cards for ranked battles in Pokemon TCG Pocket from the newest Secluded Springs expansion.
