Stellar Blade is an action-adventure game that is inspired mostly by the Nier and Dark Souls franchises. The PC port of the game was released recently this year on 12 June 2025. It has been quite successful due to its optimization, graphics, and mod support. It is one of 2025’s highest-grossing games. The game’s protagonist, EVE, has been given quite the attention for her cosmetics and collectibles in the game.
Stellar Blade is a game about saving Earth from the Naytibas, who are powerful creatures with a sketchy past. You are deployed as EVE from the Colony to retake what remains of Earth. But end up eventually settling in the last surviving city on Earth, Xion. You will meet new people and unravel the history behind the Naytiba invasion.
4. WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers
Set in a Souls-like world of dark and dread, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is set to release on 23 July 2025, along with its console release on the same date. The game is led by a female pirate, Wuchang, who searches for her memories while exploring the depths of Shu, which has fallen under a disease called feathering. WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers draws elements heavily from the Dark Souls Trilogy.
3. Last of Us Part 2 Remastered
The Last of Us Part 2 for PC was released on 2 April 2025. The game provided PC users loads of extra features such as a better narrative game mode, performance improvements, and a new roguelike mode. Other than that, there are costumes and upscaling/frame generation. The game has received positive reviews from the community, and even if you are not updated on the series, the game has a specific game mode to help you understand the story.
2. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
Miles Morales and Peter Parker feature in Marvel’s latest Spider-Man 2. The developers released the game on PC on January 30, 2025, featuring a larger map and two playable characters. The PC version has nothing new in gameplay, but it has quality-of-life features such as ray tracing, better graphics, ultrawide monitor support, and DualSense controller support. The game’s main villain is Venom and another symbiote, plus a handful of other Marvel villains. The game feels bigger than the first one, but the main story seems a bit rushed but is still enjoyable for the superhero fans out there.

Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding 2: On The Beach released on PC and consoles together. Being a Hideo Kojima classic, the game is full of absurd references, unexpected musicals, and beautiful graphics on the Decima engine, which is the same one as Horizon Zero Dawn. The game is a direct sequel and features the same protagonist undergoing a journey to save Earth while discovering more about his past and his immortality. The game has received rave reviews and has become one of Hideo Kojima’s potential magnum opuses.
