These are the best Wishes you should prioritize whenever you get them:

1. Infestation Operation
This is one of the best Wishes you should do as soon as possible. This quest is available after you get cursed through the Rite of Rebirth. You need to cure yourself immediately; otherwise, you are stuck at a huge disadvantage. Once you finish this quest, Hornet is cured of the Twisted Bud and regains her strength back. This reason alone makes this Wish one of the important ones to finish.
2. Alchemist’s Assistant
If you want to get the Plasmium Phial, the Alchemist’s Assistant is the Wish to clear. The Plasmium Phial is a really strong Tool you can use to add extra Masks. Moreover, the Wish itself is accessible as soon as you can get the Cling Grip and access to the Wormways.
Moreover, you can finish this quest quite easily by just going to the three locations shown here. Although the path may be infested with worms on the way, so be wary. Lastly, this can happen as soon as you complete the next quest on the list.
3. The Threadspun Town
This Wish starts once you first arrive at Bellhart after defeating the Moorwing. This is a really important main quest, without which Bellhart’s merchants remain trapped in Silk threads. Moreover, while doing this quest, you get the Needolin alongside the Cling Grip. So that’s two whole abilities locked behind this quest.
More importantly, you also unlock Bellhart’s Wish Wall after completing this Wish. However, you should note that this quest does take a while and involves killing two bosses: Sister Splinter and Widow. All in all, you will want to tackle this quest as soon as possible.
4. Passing of the Age
This isn’t an important quest that gives you a particularly strong item or ability. However, it is linked to two things that make this Wish worthwhile. Firstly, completing it is linked to a secret cutscene that plays out after the endings of the game. Moreover, you also get an achievement/trophy for witnessing this cutscene. Those are two reasons why you should be doing this quest as soon as possible.
5. Rite of the Pollip
This quest takes place in Shellwood and is one of the most important of the area. You need to find six Pollip hearts, and you are rewarded with a Pollip Pouch in return. This is a really strong Blue Tool, which has great synergy with lots of other Tools you might have collected by this point.
