The top five biggest IRL Twitch streamers of 2024 are Ibai, AuronPlay, Kai Cenat, TheGrefg, and Juansguarzino.
Twitch has become one of the go-to platforms for IRL (in-real-life) streams, where content creators give fans a glimpse of their travels or daily lives. Spanish-speaking streamers dominated 2024 with their IRL content, securing four of the top five spots among the biggest IRL Twitch streamers in 2024.
Kai Cenat was the most-watched IRL Twitch streamer in 2024, but Ibai and AuronPlay are still ahead in follower count. Kai is currently the fastest-growing Twitch channel and is on track to become the biggest IRL Twitch streamer soon.
Here is a look at the top five biggest IRL Twitch streamers of 2024, ranked by follower count.
5) Juansguarnizo
Juan Sebastian Guarnizo Algarra is a Colombian streamer who joined Twitch in 2018. He currently streams from Mexico and is one of the biggest IRL streamers on Twitch. He showcases his art, music, and writing with his audience. One of Juan’s books was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
He is currently part of KOI, an organization owned by fellow Spanish content creator Ibai Llanos. Juan currently has 11.5 million followers on Twitch, which puts him in the number five spot on our IRL Twitch streamers list for 2024.

David Canovas Martinez, aka TheGrefg, is one of the biggest Spanish YouTubers and Twitch streamers. He started his YouTube channel in 2012 when he was just 14 years old. He started streaming on Twitch around Fortnite’s release and quickly became one of the biggest Spanish Fortnite streamers.
In October 2020, Forbes Spain listed him as the sixth top influencer in Spain. He was also included in the April 2021 edition of Forbes magazine. On top of his streaming career, David is also a singer, an author, and owns a real estate company. He currently has 12.1 million followers on Twitch.

Kai Cenat started creating content on YouTube in 2018 before moving to Twitch in 2021. AMP content’s Roberto “Fanum” Gonzales discovered Kai’s content and signed him to the group in mid-2020. Kai is known for his celebrity streams featuring personalities like John Cena, Snoop Dogg, Kevin Hart, Nicki Minaj, and many others.
In December 2024, Cenat won Best Streamed Collab, Best Marathon Stream, and Best Just Chatting Streamer at The Streamer Awards. He also won Streamer of the Year at the 12th Streamy Awards. He is one of the biggest IRL Twitch streamers with over 15.6 million followers.
2) AuronPlay
Raul Alvares Genes, aka AuronPlay or simply Auron, is a Spanish Twitch streamer and comedian. He is one of Spain’s oldest YouTube content creators, and his channel dates back to 2006. In 2019, he launched his Twitch channel, and by 2021, he became the second-biggest streamer after Ninja at the time.
In 2019, El Salvador’s president Nayib Bukele named Auron the country’s “minister of YouTube” by presidential decree. Along with his gaming content, he also hosts events with Spanish personalities and streams his travel trips. Auron has 16.6 million followers on Twitch.
1) Ibai
Ibai Llanos Garatea, better known as Ibai, is a Spanish Twitch streamer and esports caster. He started his career as a League of Legends commentator and moved to Barcelona in 2016 to further his career. In February 2020, G2 Esports signed him as a content creator, but he left the organization in a year to start his streaming brand.
On June 25, 2022, he set the record for the most-watched Twitch stream with over 3.3 million viewers during a private boxing event. On December 19, 2024, Ibai recreated The Squid Game in Madrid in collaboration with KFC and Netflix. The streamer currently has 17.1 million followers on Twitch.
