Twitch’s popularity has been on a rise after several streamers have been making it onto top mainstream media. Streamers like Kai Cenat and Jynxzi have had big collaborations with celebrities like Trippie Redd and Kevin Hart. Twitch streamers have upped their content game by upgrading their production quality and introducing different concepts like streaming marathons. Although big names like Kai Cenat and CaseOh have been gaining huge amount of subscribers, other lesser known creators like NeuroSama and Shlorox have also entered the competition to be the top streamer.

The streamer currently has 54,850 subscribers on the platform and has been on the rise ever since. He has garnered over 428K followers on the Purple platform. MontanaBlack888 is another German streamer who had recently made headlines was for getting over 257K concurrent live viewers. Shlorox averages around 5,000-10,000 viewers and has achieved a milestone of hitting 50,000 subscribers in January. He surpassed Hasanabi and PirateSoftware to earn his spot in the top 5 most subscribed streamers on the platform.
Shlorox is popular for his gaming streams, he often streams games including Palworld, Delta Force, GTA RP and many more. He is also known for his high quality production Just Chatting streams.
4. Jynxzi
Nicholas “Jynxzi” takes the 4th spot among the most subscribed streamers in January 2025. Nick has been making waves on Twitch as he has been tapping into games other than Rainbow Six Siege. Along with his main game, he indulges in Minecraft, Roblox, and Marvel Rivals. In December 2024, Jynxzi collaborated with MrBeast for the launch of Beast Games. The streamer also collaborated with FaZe Clan members Lacy and StableRonaldo. However, the stream did not go as planned. Jynxzi has gained over 79,340 active subscribers and 6.78 million followers on Twitch.
He was also the amongst the top streamers in 2024, securing the second place.

CaseOh is one of the the most loved streamers on the platform. He is known for his humble and wholesome energy that he reflects on stream. The streamer has garnered over 88,073 active subscribers on Twitch and has a significantly large following of 6.55 million followers as of this writing. CaseOh mostly streams horror games and has diversified his content by reacting to internet memes and playing games like Minecraft and Subnautica. He recently went viral for supposedly defending TikTok servers and preventing a ban.

Kai Cenat’s popularity is unquestioned as he holds the record for garnering the most amount of subscribers on Twitch. Currently, Kai has over 131,538 active subscribers and is currently the second most subscribed streamer on the list. Cenat made waves in the content space after his highly produced streaming marathon the Mafiathon 2 was a huge success. At the end of his marathon stream the streamer had over 728,000 subscribers. He also went viral after stating that he was talking to TikTok about the ban. Cenat was also mentioned in a lawsuit filed by Drake.
1. Vedal987/Neuro-Sama
Neuro-Sama who is an AI VTuber recently made headlines for breaking the record for the Hype Train after achieving level 111. The VTuber currently has over 148,386 subscribers on Twitch, and has garnered over 720K followers as of this writing. According to the developer and owner of the channel Vedal, the streamer has to be constantly moderated. After numerous developments, the AI has become much more refined. Twitch plans to release a Neuro-sama emote to celebrate breaking the record, as announced during the recent Twitch Patch_Notes stream.
