Streamer Pxie has filed a lawsuit against popular Kick streamer Destiny, whom she had previously accused of non-consensually sharing her explicit images and videos. After court documents of the lawsuit were released online, Steven “Destiny” reacted to the situation, stating that he was the largest victim. The streamer has now presented a “manifesto” document, which he read out on his stream. Destiny released multiple screenshots from his conversation with Pxie. Steven alleged that Pxie also sent explicit videos to others without consent.

“At no point in any of these conversations did Pxie ever mention having explicit consent from any of these other men to share these with me. I have no way of contacting them today.”

Destiny claimed that Pxie had requested material from him as well and had suggested that they record some material when they met. Destiny said that he wrote the manifesto to present his side of the story to the audience. He stated three reasons he had previously given for not commenting on the situation.

Steven stated that he wanted to minimize exposure to revenge p*rn by not making any comments about it. He said that another reason for not commenting was to respect Pxie’s privacy. The third reason Destiny mentioned was to settle the case in the pre-trial phase.

Destiny reacted to the manifesto on his stream dated February 20, 2025. However, Steven has not released the manifesto document publicly. He went over how the videos and images got leaked on the internet, stating that an associate’s Discord account was managed by a different user. He had allegedly shared several messages and other explicit material with the person.

The individual later leaked all the material on Discord servers as well as other websites. Steven claimed that Pxie had told him that she would deny her involvement in the leaked material by saying that it was a lookalike.

Pxie’s Response to the Situation

Prior to releasing the manifesto, Destiny had claimed that he was “unarguably” the “largest victim” of this lawsuit and the revenge p*rn situation. He doubled down on his stance in the manifesto as well. He stated that Pxie’s Substack post was unhinged and that he was being framed in the most “malicious” way possible. Reacting to Destiny’s claims, Pxie responded on X. She claimed that Destiny is trying to “twist” the narrative by taking screenshots out of context.

“Destiny is implying that I am guilty of the same crime he is. This is false. The “guy” was my ex, who consented to sharing. I was not recording random one night stands. Destiny knows the truth. He is taking screenshots out of context in an attempt to twist the narrative.”

A user on X asked Pxie whether she had consent to share her explicit videos with another individual, to which the streamer responded:

“I had consent. I believe court will exonerate me.”
