Welcome Back Booster is a fan-favorite feature that debuted in Diablo 4 Season 6, allowing players to jump to level 50 instantly.
Temporarily introduced in Season 6, the Welcome Back Booster has returned in Season 7 (Season of Witchcraft) as a permanent feature. Welcome Back Booster allows players to reach level 50 instantly, eliminating the need for grinding.
Since extensive grinding is required to access the end-game content, this feature is highly beneficial for veteran players. In addition to the level 50 boost, it also grants other benefits, such as preset build options and valuable materials for those playing on the Eternal Realm. How Does Welcome Back Booster Work in Diablo 4?
Due to its positive reception in Season 6, Blizzard has made the Welcome Back Booster a permanent feature in Season 7. However, it is only available for characters in the Eternal Realm. It grants the following boosts:
- Boost to Level 50
- 3 different powerful builds to choose from for your given Class
- Full set of Legendary Items
- Completed Skill Tree to suit chosen build
- All Altars of Lilith unlocked
- 1 million Gold, 1000 Obols, 1 Scroll of Amnesia, and Crafting Materials

How To Use Welcome Back Booster in Diablo 4
Accessing the Welcome Back Booster is simple and requires the following steps:
- Choose the character you want to boost.
- Head to the tavern in Kyovashad.
- Interact with the Fated Reliquary inside.
- Then, choose one of the three builds to receive the boosts.
If your character is already at level 50, they will still receive the Legendary items and the build preset options tailored for their class. Players with the base game can use the boost for one character, while Vessel of Hatred expansion owners can use it for two characters. However, this feature does not apply to Hardcore characters.
