Popular Kick and Twitch streamer xQc almost passed out on stream after playing in IShowSpeed’s $20K tournament.
Felix “xQc” raised health concerns after playing in a 1v1 football tournament hosted by fellow streamer IShowSpeed. The French-Canadian almost passed out after he was on the pitch against Speed. After a while, Twitch streamer Stable Ronaldo found out that X was coughing blood. Felix, along with FaZe Clan members Jasontheween and Stable Ronaldo, was IRL live streaming in London. The streamer will be playing in the Sidemen Charity Match 2025 as the Sidemen’s goalkeeper on March 8. After Stable Ronaldo checked up on the streamer, Felix stated that his “lungs taste like blood.”

After two rounds of the game, xQc complained about struggling to catch his breath. After the match, Felix admitted that he was out of shape and needed to go home. The streamer also mentioned feeling exhausted when players on the pitch checked up on him. Meanwhile, FaZe Clan member and xQc’s teammate for the charity match, Jasontheween, helped him up after Felix collapsed on the pitch. While his performance in the 2023 charity match was not up to the mark, xQc believes he can earn the MVP title this time around.
“I’m Back to 100%”: xQc Provides Update on His Health
After the streamer ended his stream, xQc posted an update on the same day. Felix stated that his stamina was fine and the health issue was caused by several factors. X claimed that he had gone out after a long time, which caused him physical exertion. He stated that London’s air and poor sleep were some of the causes of his health issues. While fans believe the streamer should get a physical trainer to keep his health in check, xQc stated that he felt better than before.
“My stamina is fine, it’s just everything at once hit again cuz I really wanted to go out like Vegas rivals, long time without physical exertion, then all out at once on top of cold air and poor sleep and hydration, I’m back to 100% right now and it feels better than before. Np”
xQc updates the comm saying he’s feeling fine and ready for Saturday’s match.

While the streamer raised concerns about his health in the community, he stated that he would be going live again. xQc ended the stream after announcing that he will be practicing for the upcoming match.
“Tomorrow chat, big stream, we’ll do some, some soccer stuff.”
