IShowSpeed is currently in China, visiting different cities including Shanghai, Beijing, and possibly Xiangzhou. The streamer will also be visiting Hong Kong and Mongolia as the tour progresses. Given the restrictions on Google products in China, fans still managed to swarm Speed during his tour. The streamer also met up with popular music artist Jackson Wang during his visit. He has also stated that a Jackie Chan collaboration is in the works. The tour will supposedly last over a month, with Speed doing multiple streams in China.
Did IShowSpeed Perform the First Backflip on the Great Wall of China?
Unfortunately for IShowSpeed, he was not the first to perform his iconic move on the Great Wall. A video dating back over 16 years surfaced on the internet after Speed’s claim. A YouTube user named Mentor Palokaj uploaded a video performing a backflip on October 15, 2008. Although for Speed, he can be considered the first streamer to backflip on one of the seven wonders of the world.
During the China stream, he also performed back-to-back six flips in front of the Imperial Temple in Beijing. IShowSpeed has performed his backflip at various iconic landscapes, including the Hand of God in Guatemala. The streamer also performed his backflip on football legend Thierry Henry’s Champions League show. One of IShowSpeed’s most iconic backflips comes from the Sidemen Charity Match 2025, where he performed the move in the Wembley Stadium after scoring.
