Here’s what you need to do:
- Start from the shipwright and walk along the coast (keep the ocean on your left)
- Look for two barrels sitting on a ledge below the main path
- Put on your Diving Gear if you have it
- Jump into the water from the ledge
- Turn around and swim back to the cliff – you’ll see a cave with a lantern inside
- Follow the underwater tunnel until you spot another lantern
- Swim up toward the surface when you see the second lantern
- You’ll find yourself in a cave with a skeleton and the Tempest Totem – it costs 2,000 C$
