10. Chef

Chef is one of the most terrifying monsters you come across in the game. It’s a frog with the creepiest grin, donning a chef’s hat. It comes at you with knives, clearly trying to stab your face. The grinning face of the frog can startle you when you see it for the first time, and it’ll stay in your mind long after you’re done playing. Thankfully, the monster only does 10 points of damage for every strike that hits you. Also, it has a modest health of 250.

9. Apex Predator

The next monster on our list looks like an adorable little duckling at first. However, get too close and touch it, and the cute duckling is quickly replaced by something hideous. The beast it turns into will repeatedly attack you until you drop dead. So, whenever you spot the yellow duckling in a room, be extremely careful and never venture too close. Or else, admiring the cuteness of the duck will be the very last thing you do.

8. Shadow Child

What’s creepier than a monster that giggles like a child? Well, a monster that giggles like a child and has the head of a baby. Shadow Child is the master of creating jump scares. Whenever you hear a childlike giggle, you know that this monster is somewhere close by. If you look around, Shadow Child can suddenly teleport right in front of your face.

If you somehow manage to hold on to the controls, turn away from the monster immediately. Look long enough at it, and the Shadow Child will throw you around the room, causing 30 points of damage.

7. Upscream

Are you afraid of spiders? Well, then the next name on our list of the most terrifying monsters in REPO should leave you paralyzed with fear. Upscream is a spider-like monster with a humanoid head. It can crawl out from under cupboards or drop down on you from above. And when it’s close, it will scream at you, causing 10 damage. Thankfully, these monsters have a limited health of 50 points, making them easy to dispatch. However, watch out for multiple Upscream monsters waiting to gang up on you.

6. Clown

If you’re someone who’s always had an irrational fear of clowns, REPO has a monster that you’ll really want to avoid. Dubbed the Clown, this monster has the iconic squeaky shoes combined with a deranged face, colored in red and white. The Clown can use its red nose to fire a laser beam at you at range.

However, if you let it get too close, the monster can also knock you down with its powerful kicks. The best way to avoid it would be to take advantage of its slower movement speed. You can also try taking it down if you aren’t too creeped out by it. The Clown has a health pool of 250 points.

5. Trudge

This bulky monster roams the halls when you and your friends are looking for treasures. It is a terrifying beast when you first lay eyes on it. It has a displaced head that hangs a few feet from its body and is connected using an unnaturally extended neck. The beast carries a club that it uses to slam players when it gets too close to them. The monster has a massive health bar of 500 HP, making it difficult to take down.

Fortunately, it is quite slow, and players can easily avoid it altogether. Owing to its large size, you can hear it coming your way before you actually see it.

4. Huntsman

The next entry on our list of the scariest monsters in REPO is Huntsman. This blind monster will use the sounds you make to track you down and kill you. Even the slightest sound will trigger him. He is armed with a gun that he won’t hesitate to fire in your direction. And like an expert hunter, the Huntsman moves without making any noise. So, you won’t always know where he is. He might be standing right next to you when you make noise. This makes him one of the most frightening monsters to encounter in the game.

3. Reaper

This hideous-looking walking scarecrow will surely give you a few sleepless nights. While she is deaf, don’t let that fool you. If she spots you, she’ll quickly get to you and start slashing at you with her sword arms. The flurry of attacks can quickly drain your health if you’re not careful, even though each strike damages your HP by 10 points. The Reaper has 250 HP, and you may want to take her down before proceeding.

2. Headman

The Headman is probably the scariest monster in the game for many. It’s a huge floating human head with large sunken eyes and teeth that can crush you in seconds. The Headman will continuously try to locate you around a map, occasionally making biting sounds with its teeth just to let you know what lies in store for you if you get caught. And it can even get to you when you’re hiding underneath tables. We don’t know about you, but a severed floating head out to get us really did terrify us.

1. Robe

The scariest monster in REPO is none other than Robe. No other creature in the game is as powerful and terrifying as this one. The beast is a robed figure with a horrifying white face. It lurks throughout various maps in the game. Just when you’re about to turn a corner, there’s Robe stalking you. Looking directly at it is a death sentence.

Running away from it is often impossible, as it is every bit as quick as you. What about hiding? Well, Robe can follow you wherever you hide and kill you instantly. Its attacks can range in damage between 50 and 100 HP.
