According to the October 2024 Xbox Partner Preview livestream, Mistfall Hunter is playable on the following platforms:
- PC (Windows) via Steam
- Xbox Series X/S
The livestream did not mention releasing the game on consoles like the PlayStation 5 or Nintendo Switch. However, there is a possibility that the game will expand to other platforms shortly after the initial Xbox and PC release. But keep in mind that this is just speculation. Players will have to wait for more updates in the future.

What Is the Release Date of Mistfall Hunter?
According to the reveal trailer of Mistfall Hunter from the Xbox Partner Preview, the game is expected to arrive sometime in 2025. There is no news about the game’s exact release date or even a smaller release window. However, players can get a chance to play the game if they participate in the Mistfall Hunter playtest on Steam. For now, this is the only way to access the game early.
To access the playtest, you can open Steam and search for the game. Once you are on the main page of Mistfall Hunter, scroll down and press the “Request Access” button. You will then have to wait and hope you receive an invitation. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee you will receive one. Once you do, you need to be mindful of the playtest timeline and instructions.
