However, the base ebony damage makes it viable against most enemies.

You can buy it from M’raaj-Dar, whom you encounter early on after joining the mysterious faction. One thing to note is that you’re going to require a lot of soul gems to power this bow.

Moreover, this is also the best early-game bow that you can obtain very easily. This is a unique weapon, which means you can get only one of these in the entire game.
You must defeat the Uderfrykte Matron miniboss, who is located near Dive Rock in northeast Cyrodiil. She is a powerful creature, but you can easily defeat her using any bow by placing yourself in a higher location than her. That way, her AI won’t detect you even if you damage her. Moreover, the enchantments slow enemies when hit, which is perfect for an archer to quickly run after shooting.

1. Hatred Souls

The only downside of this bow is that you can obtain it late in the game, in the Chorrol Oblivion Gates.
