Oblivion Remastered allows you to forge your own story and destiny through the lands of Cyrodiil, and for those who wish to meddle with the twisted, the Dark Brotherhood provides plenty of opportunities to indulge in murder. Scheduled for Execution is one such quest given to you by the Brotherhood.
Given by Vicente Valtieri, the Scheduled for Execution quest requires you to infiltrate the prison and assassinate Dreth. The prison is heavily guarded, and you have to break in using the Imperial City’s sewer system. There are guards and dangers around every corner, making this one of the most difficult missions in the game.

How To Complete Scheduled for Execution in Oblivion Remastered
You begin the quest by talking to Vicente Valtieri in the Sanctuary in Cheydinhal. Valtieri notifies you of your target, telling you of an opening in the sewers that you can exploit to infiltrate the prison. He provides you with a key for the locked sewers, kicking off the quest.

Head over to the locked sewers near the Imperial City. This is the sewer system you used at the very beginning of the game. Unlock the gate with the key and proceed ahead. Watch for the rats and mudcrabs as you trudge through the dirt. Take the first right and follow the path until you reach a door. Continue on the intended path and take a left at the junction. Drop into the water below, pass through the grates, and take the left at the end of the path.
Follow the trail past the crabs, and you will reach a locked door. Pick the door and continue forward until you reach a large hall. Take the right from the hall and you will find a staircase leading up. Take the stairs and climb the ladder at the top to enter the prison.
Killing Dreth
As you enter the prison, you will hear two guards conversing. Let them finish their conversation and resume patrol. Follow the guard who walks in front of you and use pillars to sneak around and slip past him. Enter deeper into the prison and stick to the shadows of the pillars to navigate around patrols.
Follow the path and you will reach the same cell you broke out of at the very beginning of the game. Dreth’s cell is right in front of yours. Take the key from the end of the hall, unlock the cell, and kill Dreth. Head back and inform Valtieri of the deed to complete the quest.
