Monster Sanctuary
Monster Sanctuary is a side-scrolling metroidvania developed by moi rai games. As of now, the Deluxe Edition of the game is 75% off until the end of Creature Collector Fest. Monster Sanctuary offers simple yet fun platforming, in which you have to use your caught monsters to traverse uniquely, such as by making long jumps or swimming.
This game also features a great story, along with a robust combat system. Your monsters have special skill trees that you can upgrade for cool buffs. Additionally, there are 111 monsters to catch, so you can expect to stay busy for quite a while if you wish to catch all of them. All in all, this is a perfect game to start with during the Creature Collector Fest.
Palworld
Palworld is a famous open-world survival creature collector that is developed by Pocketpair. Your objective in this game is to simply survive and get stronger to catch the more powerful monsters known as Pals. Throughout the game, you must craft better weapons and armor to fight against wild Pals and catch them. Moreover, you can use your caught Pals to fight others, operate workbenches, or make them collect resources.
However, the only con about Palworld right now is that they were forced to remove some of the game’s key features due to copyright claims from The Pokemon Company. Therefore, we recommend playing on older versions of the game if you wish to have fun catching all the Pals and become the very best.
Slime Rancher
Slime Rancher is a cute exploration game in which you have to manage a farm. However, instead of normal animals, you have to use Slimes as your livestock. There are many regions in this game, and each region has unique slimes that you can bring back to your farm using a special machine that can catch slimes and store other objects.
Your objective is to catch different slimes, grow their preferred food, and feed them to obtain Plorts, a unique material that slimes produce after eating. Slowly expand your farm, add more enclosures, and upgrade them accordingly to enclose special slimes. Additionally, this game has a sequel named Slime Rancher 2. However, it is still in early access, with much of the content yet to be added.
