There are many ways to cure status ailments in Elden Ring Nightreign; however, none come close to the various forms of Boluses you can find or buy. These are immensely helpful items that you can obtain during your expeditions through various means.

Boluses are not only helpful in healing status afflictions but also in providing buffs. Here is everything to know about finding and using the various Boluses in Elden Ring Nightreign.

You will often find crates and jars that contain items within them. Breaking these has a chance to reward you with some Boluses for your journey. However, that is not a very consistent or reliable method of finding them.

You also have a chance to obtain these Boluses from chests or as loot from defeated enemies. However, these Boluses wouldn’t be nearly as useful as they are if a hidden mechanic didn’t exist in the game.

Boluses Give You Permanent Buffs in Elden Ring Nightreign

Inventory management can become quite difficult in this title. You are limited to a handful of consumables on an expedition, so hoard items wisely. There is a mechanic related to Boluses that has recently been discovered, which wasn’t known before. This game-changing mechanic lets you stack buffs on your character for the rest of the run.

Basically, once you find a Bolus that you can’t pick up or won’t use in the future, just use it immediately. Most Boluses have an additional effect beyond curing a status ailment.
