Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree Release Date
Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree will release on the 19th of September, 2025. The game is now up for pre-ordering. The trailer has given us a strong glimpse of what we could expect from this new title. The adventure follows Towa along with your guardians as you forge strong relationships and powerful swords. These are all in the attempt to fight Magatsu’s forces and put an end to its evil reign and save Shinju Village.
The world is vibrant, complete with beauty and lurking dangers, in this unique hand-drawn style character art. The soothing melodies by Hitoshi Sakimoto will guide you into this breathtaking world. This vibrant game will land on platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Steam on PC.
Feature Reveals
One of the key features of the game is the fast-paced action you will engage in with your guardians. The stunning scenery evokes the style of painting in the lands where courage is the only way forward.
You will embark on this quest with two guardians you can choose between. One shall wield the power of the sacred sword, Tsurugi, and the other shall bear Kagura, the magical staff. The unique skill sets that the guardians unlock over time will further aid you in progressing forward.
Through time, players will craft materials, forge unique swords, and build their village. You will get to develop strong bonds with residents as well as gain insight into their customs and stories, woven through the workings of the village. Through the test of time, you must fight together and reign victorious and bring peace to the vibrant and magical lands of Shinju Village.
