Anime Last Stand released a major Summer Update (Update 59) on June 16, 2025. The update introduces a host of new content, including new units and evolutions. For those unaware, evolution is a core mechanic that allows players to upgrade their units (characters). These upgrades come with stronger stats.

One of the new evolutions added to the game is Surgeon of Death (Room). It is an evolved version of Surgeon of Death (Awakened). Trafalgar Law from the series One Piece inspired this unit. This article will guide you on how to get the Surgeon of Death (Room) evolution.

How To Unlock Surgeon of Death (Room)

To unlock the new evolved Surgeon of Death (Room), you must possess the previous version (Awakened). Let’s see what the requirements are to unlock this evolved unit:

• 1x Surgeon of Death (Awakened): You need to have the base unit.
• 1x Demon Howl Sword: A rare evolution item.
• 300x Water Essence: A resource tied to water-based units.
• 15x Mythic Spirit Shards: High-tier shards for evolutions.
• 25x Legendary Spirit Shards: Mid-to-high-tier shards.
• 25x Epic Spirit Shards: Mid-tier shards.

Surgeon of Death (Room) Stats

Here are the base stats (upgradable) associated with this Unit:

• Damage: 2.32 million (S tier) – Excellent for dealing with high-health enemies, bosses, or waves in endgame modes like Infinite Mode, Raids, or Portals.
• Range: 39.4 (SS tier) – Can attack enemies from a significant distance, making it safer from enemy attacks and ideal for covering large areas of the map.
• SPA (Seconds Per Attack): 6.39 (C tier) – The SPA is relatively slow. The unit attacks less frequently compared to faster units (e.g., those with SPA around 3–5 seconds, like evolved Sukuna).

Passive Abilities

• Surgical Domain: Every 100 seconds, enemies in range (39.4, SS tier) walk backward for 15 seconds, then are slowed by 15% and take 15% more critical damage from this unit for 15 seconds.
• Heart Snatch: Every 8th attack applies Weaken, Bleed, and Blizzard to the next attack.
• Surgical Knife: Every 5 consecutive hits on an enemy permanently slows it by 5% and drains 1% of its current HP.
