In this guide, we’ll explain how you can track down Frank’s body in Stellar Blade. This is crucial in completing Where’s the Item side quest.
Stellar Blade offers a variety of side quests and optional missions that you can take from the Bulletin board. However, the majority of these unlock after you’ve progressed the story past a certain point. For instance, the Xion Bulletin Board will have several new quests for you to complete after you defeat Tachy as part of the main story. One of these is the Where’s The Item request. It is a quest that involves you looking for the body of an NPC named Frank. In this guide, we’ll take a look at how you can begin the quest and find Frank’s body in Stellar Blade.
How To Begin Where Is the Item Quest in Stellar Blade
After defeating Tachy, visit the Bulletin Board located in Xion. One of the many new available quests will be the Where’s the Item request. In it, you will need to look for the body of a missing scavenger named Frank. He went on a mission to retrieve a few items for the contract issuer from a bomb-filled location in the Great Desert. However, shortly after, the scavenger went missing.
Now, the buyer of the items is ready to pay double if you can retrieve those items from Frank’s body. Thankfully, Adam will take you to the Great Desert region next as part of the main story, so you’ll need to explore that region anyhow.

How To Find Frank’s Body in Stellar Blade
Start heading southeast from where Adam drops you off in the Great Desert. Make sure to mark the Where’s the Item quest active to make it easier to navigate and reach the quest marker location. You might run into a Lurker or two. You can either run past them or take them down.
Either way, you’ll soon reach an area dotted with explosive crates. Use your Slug ammo to fire at these crates from a distance and make them explode. Trying to go past them won’t work as they’ll explode nonetheless and the blast will take out Eve.
After you’ve cleared a way for Eve, head to Frank’s body and interact with it. You’ll collect the dead scavenger’s bag containing the items the buyer is seeking. You should return to the Bulletin Board immediately and deposit the items there. As a reward for completing the quest, you will receive 2500 Gold and 4x Vitcoin.
