Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion, the latest open-world game from Marvelous Inc., is just a few months away from release. And much like its predecessor, the upcoming title promises to deliver a robust single-player mech-action experience. However, unlike the past Daemon X Machina game, Titanic Scion offers a vast open world for players to explore. In addition to that, the game also features co-op multiplayer, along with cross-platform (crossplay) support. Due to the open world, the game is far more taxing on current-gen systems compared to its predecessor. Although Titanic Scion retains the same art style as the previous Daemon X Machina game, its visuals have received a slight overhaul.

And with the increased graphical fidelity comes significantly higher system requirements. Here’s a look at Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion’s official PC system requirements.

Here are the PC system requirements for Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion:

Minimum

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-10400
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 30 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: SSD recommended

Recommended

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-12700
  • Memory: 32 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 30 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: SSD recommended

Compared to 2020’s Daemon X Machina, Titanic Scion’s system requirements are significantly higher. The game seems to require more than 4 GB of VRAM for 1080p. Furthermore, if you plan to play Titanic Scion at 1440p or higher, you will need 8 GB of VRAM. Thankfully, based on the game’s minimum requirements, it seems to be playable on handheld PCs right out of the box. The only thing that might prove to be a bottleneck is the game’s recommended system memory. For an Unreal Engine 4 game, 32 GB of system RAM seems a bit overkill. However, given the shift to open world, it might be necessary to deliver a stable 60fps on higher resolutions.
