Personas are some of the coolest parts of the Persona series. These are powerful, stand-like creatures that come with their own unique abilities. While most of your gameplay at night revolves around that, the gameplay during the day is relatively mundane, forcing you to indulge in social activities.
While these activities may seem boring in comparison, leveling up social traits allows you to increase your Synergy Ranks and unlock more rewards, all of which directly tie into your gameplay with the Personas. There are five social traits in Persona 5 The Phantom X. These traits are Charm, Guts, Kindness, Proficiency, and Knowledge. Kindness is a social trait that helps you increase your Synergy Rank with Yui, one of the main NPCs in the game. This, in turn, helps you get access to exclusive items and rewards.

How To Increase the Kindness Trait in Persona 5 The Phantom X
As stated earlier, there are quite a few activities you can participate in to increase your Kindness stat in Persona 5 The Phantom X. The first of these activities, and arguably the most entertaining, is to watch movies. Not any movie, however. You have to seek out movies with the Kindness icon marked underneath.
The next way of increasing your Kindness stat is to read certain books. Head to the bookstore and browse the selection of books on sale. The book description will tell you what books affect what stats. Purchase and read the books affecting the Kindness stat.
Another way of leveling up the Kindness trait is to work at any of the available flower shops. Being around nature somehow boosts Kindness, and this carries over back home, too, where you can cultivate plants.
Lastly, simply taking care of your home, making sure it’s clean, goes a long way in increasing Kindness. Clean up both your room and your house regularly, and you’ll level up the Kindness stat in no time.
