After recruiting Esquie, Expedition 33 heads for the Stone Wave Cliffs to recover a special rock allowing Esquie to swim the ocean with passengers on his back. While navigating the area, you can explore for a bit and find a handful of items, such as weapons, Pictos, and Paint Cages.

Once you reach the Flooded Buildings section, descend the stairs and face the Rocher enemy in the path. Take a left and go through the broken building and grapple across. Follow the path, and you will eventually see the Enfeebling Mark Pictos at the end of the path.
