This article will be a quick guide to every objective in the Keepers of the Glen main quest of Diablo 4 Season 9.
Keepers of the Glen is a direct follow-up to the Bearing of the Weight of Ghosts quest in Diablo 4 Season 9. After your Wanderer cleared a Horadric Strongroom at the request of Bryona, this quest will be more of the same. You will have raided a few Nightmare Dungeons and Horadric Strongrooms at this point, and it is designed to teach you the basics for this season.

Completing the Keepers of the Glen Main Quest in Diablo 4 Season 9
Here are all the main objectives of the Keepers of the Glen main quest:
- Find Bryona in Cerrigar.
- Enter another Nightmare Dungeon.
- Enter the Horadric Strongroom.
- Recover another Blood Relic.
After completing the Bearing the Weight of Ghosts main quest, you can speak to Bryona to continue the campaign. She will be stationed at Cerrigar and task you to raid another Horadric Strongroom. These are new mini-dungeons found within Nightmare Dungeons with an extra layer of challenges.
It is worth noting that you don’t have to clear the Nightmare Dungeon to enter the Horadric Strongroom. You can get lucky and find the entrance without exerting much effort by clearing all the enemies. Once you find the entrance, get inside and follow the main objective: clear all enemies before time runs out.
This won’t be your first Horadric Strongroom, and the process is fairly similar. Eliminate all enemies until a much more powerful boss spawns. You will either face Pyroclast or Agony, depending on which Horadric Strongroom you have entered. Move fast and hit hard to wrap up the strongroom quickly, then grab the Blood Relic.
You can immediately leave the Nightmare Dungeon if you’ve slain everything inside or have someplace else to be. After leaving, the Keepers of the Glen main quest will be over.
