Unlock the Leave No Trace badge/accolade in PEAK to complete achievements and unlock the incognito face cosmetic for your character.
Peak, the survival adventure multiplayer game, is all about journeying through the heights of an island and escaping with friends or completely on your own. The journey requires patience, luck, and especially the right use of items. These items come in various types, each contributing in different ways. For this achievement, there are only a certain type of items you can use to unlock it.
In this article, we will explore how to unlock the Leave No Trace badge/accolade and Incognito Face cosmetic in PEAK.
Unlock Leave No Trace Badge/Accolade in PEAK
This badge is all about having you escape the island without any traces of you left behind. This reflects on the items you use during your session. There are two different types of actions when you use items in the game. While some items are directly consumed by your character, the residues of the others are left or thrown on the ground.
This achievement is one of the harder ones to get, considering you can’t use many of the clutch items. These include some gear like ropes, pitons, chains, rope launchers, certain eatables, and more. You would also need to be sure about which items you want to pick, as dropping them to pick something up would count as leaving a trace. Knowing which item does what is important, as you can’t entirely avoid using items to fare through a journey.

There will be times when you will need to use some gear to make a climb through tricky spots. During such instances, the shelf shrooms and magic beans come into play without obstructing the path to unlocking this badge. While these may leave behind a trace after their use, these are considered natural and are allowed, unlike materials like rope.
You also don’t need to worry about using any food items, bugles, revival items, or lanterns. Also, make sure to play the session solo, as your friends dropping behind items would also affect the badge’s progress. As long as you are in a lobby with friends and not strangers, you can always choose to communicate with them and avoid dropping items.
Once you finish your climb, you will unlock the Leave No Trace Behind badge. Later, head to the airport and check your passport for the Incognito face mask.
