This lovely bakery is located on the road between Rooftop Woodlands and Mount Cinder. You’ll find Tom the Baker inside, who also offers a side quest involving digging up three cows. Here, you can purchase cupcakes and a cinnamon roll that give buffs lasting up to 6 minutes.
