Learn how to get the Harvester vehicle in Dig by completing the Reboot quest in Verdant Vale. Full walkthrough and quest steps included.
The Harvester might not be the flashiest ride in Dig, but it’s a fun-free vehicle that comes as a reward for completing one of the farm-themed questlines. If you’re starting out or like collecting every ride, here’s how to unlock it.
How To Start the Reboot Quest
To get the Harvester, you’ll need to complete a quest called Reboot, which is available in Verdant Vale on Cinder Island.
Find Silver in Verdant Vale
Head to Silver’s Farm in the back of Verdant Vale. Look for two large red barns. Silver is standing behind the left-side barn, next to a pig. Before you can begin Reboot, you must complete a short starter quest called A Helping Hand, which involves digging and feeding pigs.
Once that’s done, talk to Silver again to begin Reboot.

How to Feed Pigs
Pick up an apple by digging near trees on the farm. Once you have one, walk near a pig and hold the apple to feed it.
Where to Find Harvester Tractor Parts in Dig
The Tractor Parts can be found buried around Silver’s Farm. You’ll need to dig in the dirt nearby to uncover them.
- Tractor Steering Wheel: Usually spawns near the barn area
- Tractor Engine: Often found near the fields or fences
If you’re having trouble, just keep digging within the Verdant Vale region. The items aren’t that rare.

After you complete the objectives, return to Silver and talk to him. He’ll reward you with:
