Iono’s Electrode is a card that works in a similar vein to how Electrode usually works in the mainline games. Electrode is meant to explode and take its opponent along with it, which Iono’s Electrode replicates with its move Thump-Thump Boom. For the cost of dealing 100 damage to itself (which is enough to KO Iono’s Electrode from full HP), it can flip a coin. If it is heads, the opponent’s Active Pokemon is KO’d. This makes this deck very inconsistent, but it can be used to cheese a few wins.
The plan is to use Iono’s Electrode against Pokemon ex and hope to win a positive Prize exchange – two Prizes for one.
