The first and earliest way to acquire this Pictos is by going through the Flying Waters. At the end of Spring Meadows, Gustave and Lune will receive a clue about Maelle’s whereabouts, which will lead them to the Flying Waters. From the Coral Cave Expedition Flag rest point, take on the Cruler nearby, and you can pick up the Rewarding Mark Pictos from behind it.

Alternatively, progress through the third act and visit the Sacred River. At the end of the area, you can interact with the local Gestral Merchant. Defeat the Gestral Merchant in a duel, and you can access their full inventory. You can buy a level 20 variant of the Pictos for 53,880 Chroma.
