How To Get Zen Rocks in Grow a Garden Roblox
There are only two ways to get Zen Rocks: Zen Seed Packs and Exotic Zen Seed Packs.
1. Zen Seed Packs (Chi-Based)
You can buy Zen Seed Packs from the Zen Shop located near the center of the island. Each pack costs 12 Chi. To earn Chi, you need to collect Tranquil Fruit and trade it with the Zen Shop NPC. The easiest way to gather Tranquil Fruit is by being online during hourly Zen Aura events. These events boost the spawn rate and make the grind more manageable.
2. Exotic Zen Seed Packs (Robux-Based)
If you prefer the shortcut, Exotic Zen Seed Packs are available in the in-game shop. You can purchase:
- 1 Pack for 199 Robux
- 3 Packs for 575 Robux
- 10 Packs for 1,699 Robux
These packs have the same drop chances as the regular ones, including the 10 percent rate for Zen Rocks. The difference is convenience. You skip the grind, but you pay for it.
Zen Seed Pack Drop Rates
Here’s what you’re working with when opening a Zen Seed Pack:
- Monoblooma – 40%
- Serenity – 25%
- Taro Flower – 20%
- Zen Rocks – 10%

What You Can’t Do
Zen Rocks are event-exclusive seeds, so you can’t use pets to farm or duplicate them.
- The Red Fox, which copies seeds from other players, won’t help.
- The Dog, which digs up random seeds, also won’t work here.
If you’re hoping for shortcuts via pet mechanics, this crop blocks them all. The only way forward is seed packs.
When to Plant and Sell
Because Zen Rocks don’t regrow, plant them when you’ve unlocked or equipped strong mutations. This way, you can maximize that 150,000 base sell value. If you’re not mutation-ready, it’s better to hold off than waste the opportunity.
